Duval Square is a charming community with shops and restaurants downstairs and secure, quiet, private residences, pool and pavilion upstairs. Although the condo includes one assigned parking space in the gated garage, you can stroll anywhere from this conveniently located condo. All of the shops, galleries, restaurants, and attractions on and around Duval Street and nearby beaches are just a leisurely stroll away.

When you enter the home you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and a convenient half bath. French doors let in the natural sunshine and open to the private back deck with dining table and chairs perfect for outdoor entertaining.

On the second floor, you will find 2 bedroom suites, each with their own private bathroom and an additional private balcony off the main suite.

Bedding: 1 king, 1 queen, queen sleeper sofa.

Elevator access from ground level to the first floor of the condos. Stairs to the unit's second floor bedrooms.

Condo decorated beautifully. Staff at rental company very helpful to us as we arrived early before our unit check-in time. As well as they made great suggestions of place to rent a golf cart during our stay.

Beautiful paintings and bright colors, clean and comfortable

Very comfortable and peaceful lodging. Excellently maintained and cleaned. A nice walking distance to Duval Street and everything around it . Would definitely stay there again if return to the keys.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It’s right by the action but far enough away to have our kids with us. It’s clean and the beds were comfortable

Fun Family Trip

We had a wonderful time! The property location is great and we enjoyed the rooftop pool and deck area. The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a very enjoyable family vacation!

Great Location!

Great property! The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. You couldn't beat the location. Just steps to restaurants and in walking distance to shops and activities.

Excellent location

We enjoyed staying was a great location. Only issue claimed there was a hot tub and bar which was not there. Would definitely recommend staying

Nice secluded location centrally located.

It was nice. I do wish the pool would have been bigger. Had parking which was a plus. The upstairs bathroom did have an ant issue but wasn’t infested. It was a nice solid place with good parking and good location.

Wonderful

The condo had everything we needed (soap, shampoo, coffee, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and even some sunblock). It was in a great location, close to everything but quiet. The unit was spacious and clean. Had a hard time finding the parking garage upon arrival. But it was wonderful parking our vehicle in a gated garage. I would highly recommend this rental. Would not hesitate to rent again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place is well equipped, clean and conveniently located. For $600 a night however, they need to get well working high def TV's. The TV's were ****. Only handing out one key card is very inconvenient with two couples staying in one condo.

Reviewer Comments: Rented while attending a music festival spread across multiple venues across the full length of Duval Street and wanted a quieter residence to recovery at night. Space gave us everything we needed and is steps to some wonderful restaurants. Unit was clean and well maintained. Super convenient to everything we needed. KW Vacations could not have been nicer and was very easy to work with.

Great shopping around the condo. Quiet pool right off of the street. Private parking. Small well maintained hot tub on the deck. The management company was professional and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Excellent Rental

Everything about this rental was perfect, from the location to the property and all it’s furniture and art. My family loved the art throughout the condo. Was a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring and and enjoying Key West. We did notice the kitchen faucet handle was loose and the spray nozzle button was missing, but the management team sent a maintenance person right away to address these items. Faucet still workable so was not really an issue. The tile step just outside the condo was chipped, but we’re told that was managed by the condo association. Again, was not really an issue for us. We would definitely want to rent this particular condo again for its atmosphere given it’s art pieces and location. Wished we could have stayed longer!

People are just great!! Condo was spotless, convenience. The property management had an excellent customer service. We went to different places to eat like the Conch Restaurant had the best sea food. Have to try the parasailing, and the sun set. In general, LOVE KEY WEST!!!

Great location, but a few irregularities

The location, space and cleanliness were great! You will love the walkability to so much to see and do. However, both the description and the photos indicate a private hot tub. There wasn’t one. We were disappointed. The photos also show a cute tiki bar on the patio which was also non-existent. One awkward issue was that the spacious master did not have a usable closet in the bedroom. The one there, was padlocked. Our hanging clothes had to be stored in the hall closet, which was not convenient when just getting out of the shower. Additionally, the master bed is overdue to be replaced. It creaks and has valleys in the mattress. But, it was otherwise a lovely, quiet and convenient apartment

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved the property, Art was wonderful and provided a great relaxing atmosphere. Location was excellent; walkable to all the key areas and attractions. Free bus stop very close by if you do not want to walk. We did not use the jacuzzi or the community pool, although we really wanted too. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and we really had everything we needed.A few issues with the property include the handle for the kitchen faucet was very loose and eventually came off when the maintenance person came to take a look at it. The spray button on the same faucet was also missing but we did not need to use it, so was not really an issue. Lastly, there was a chip missing from the outside front step tile; again not an issue for us but if someone in bare feet coming back from the pool, might get injured. We were told the condo association was responsible for fixing that issue? Even with these deficiencies, we loved the property and it's convenient location.

Plenty of room! Furniture needs cleaned and deodorized. Says to keep up with dirty towels but no laundry soap. Glad to have plenty of Toliet paper. Very nice pool area!! Far end of town, but several restaurants around.

Vacation

Rental was nice! Upon arrival a very strong odor of marijuana was present and took some time to get gone. Made my children feel sick but was able to light candles and leave doors open to air out. Beds definitely need toppers as you sink in and it’s not comfortable. The dryer took several drying times before completely dry so quick drying was not an option . Overall a nice place and location is perfect.

Perfect Location

We had a great time in a great location. Just a short walk from everything fun to do on the island. We came for our annual vacation to Key West and will likely try to stay in this spot again unless we’re lucky enough to stay on a boat. The hot tub was a nice touch for the ladies.
