Charming farm retreat in the Santa Ynez Valley just a few miles from downtown Los Olivos.
Perched atop a hill, our stay offers stunning views of the Santa Ynez Valley and privacy, yet close proximity to town, shopping, and wine tasting.
Located on a ranch set amid sprawling oaks with a few farm animals to enjoy, including donkeys, a goat, sheep, and geese. Our chicken coop is nearby so that you can even enjoy collecting your own chicken eggs during the spring and summer.

A Experience!

What a beautiful location at a reasonable price. Check-in process was very simple and great communication from the homeowners. At one point, we happened to meet the owners and they were extremely awesome. I absolutely loved the visiting and petting the friendly animals on the premises. We were approximately 15 minutes from Downtown Solvang and there's a great market about five minutes away. There is no doubt we will return for another visit. The location and its owners are a hidden gem in the Los Olivos area.

My Husband and I were very impressed with the farmhouse. The location is beautiful and the Sunset views were my favorite. Inside is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed meeting Leanna and her beautiful family. They were very welcoming and friendly. The suggestions and directions of local spots were helpful. We enjoyed learning about the mini donkeys and chickens. They were super quiet and friendly. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. I highly recommend staying here for peace and quiet. I felt very safe and comfortable. Parking was perfect, right out the gate. My new favorite getaway spot!

Perfect Santa Barbara County acation spot.

Everything was better than advertised. The pictures don’t do justice to the views. The neighborhood is beautiful and perfect for morning walks and runs and we loved seeing the animals. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

As always, a great stay at Westbrooks Farm! Have stayed several times and this is our ‘go to’ location. Our home away from home. Peaceful and convenient while closely located to outdoor activities, wineries and tasting rooms and amazing restaurants.

Charming wine country getaway

Beautiful property, we enjoyed the lovely views sipping coffee made from their Keurig machine. The amenities were great. Easy check-in and checkout.

Peaceful Getaway

Westbrook Farms cottage is the perfect stay for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the Los Olivos area. The unit is spacious with a comfy king size bed, well appointed kitchen and outdoor area. Both Leanna and her husband Ryan are welcoming and knowledgeable about the area offering suggestions on restaurants or activities as requested. We have stayed several times and always come back because of their hospitality, the cottage vibe, and proximity to the Santa Ynez valley wineries, restaurants, biking, and hiking.

Peaceful Cottage

Another wonderful stay! This is a beautiful property with proximity to Los Olivos, Ballard, and Santa Ynez. We enjoyed biking to all areas, shopping, the farm stands and of course, wine tasting. Loved the fresh eggs, quiet evenings and the star filled sky. We will be back - again!

Views, Fresh Air and Easy Living

Beautiful rural location surrounded by vineyards, hills and horses. Good proximity to the vineyards and tasting rooms. Charming cottage vibes and amazing sunsets. A perfect respite for the nature lover. It had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Amy

Magical Experience!

We loved staying on the "farm", so much space for the 2 of us for our special anniversary weekend. The place is set up very well, quiet wonderful neighborhood, great for walks, spending time with the animals here and seeing others out on walks. Loved meeting the chickens and having fresh eggs. Photos are very accurate. Close to everything, just driving around is wonderful. We enjoyed the many great restaurants and wineries. Leanne the owner is delightful and patient with all our questions. Only suggestions we'd have that would bring us back, is firmer mattress (we are picky that way) and use some CLR on the shower head it has mineral build up to strengthen the flow for rinsing off. No one else mentioned these things, so it may just be us. This is a great experience for a getaway and enjoy the beauty of this area away from the typical hotel experience.

Charming farmhouse stay in beautiful setting!

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay with all of the amenities we needed. Such a cute and comfortable cottage! We loved meeting the chickens and geese, and the eggs were a real treat, too! Fragrant lavender, jasmine vines, and other vegetation carefully planted in garden beds, pots and planters, further add to the charming environment. The bbq grill was also an asset. All in all, It was the perfect location for the many activities we enjoyed in the area. The only thing we wished for was a hammock or some chaise loungers to nap in outside!

Perfect Weekend Retreat

Everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. This is an ideal location in Santa Ynez Valley, close to everything and yet away from traffic and noise. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Great choice!

Loved this clean and comfortable property with all the amenities you might need. Our favorite parts were walks in the beautiful neighborhood where we were able to see lots of horses, cows, and birds and the farm fresh eggs. The location is great, less than 10 minutes from the center of either Los Olivos or Santa Ynez. Tons of nearby wineries for tasting.

Paradise

We needed a break from the zombie land that is L.A. and that’s exactly the respite and soul healing that this place is. The cottage itself is adorable and cozy, yet spacious and comfortable. And the sweeping views of the farmland are breathtaking. The stars at night are insane. Love the donkeys and chickens, sooo charming. Can’t believe you guys actually live in this paradise. Thanks so much for an amazing stay.
