Host lives off property but is available when needed.

Rural but very close to the 154 and about 5 minutes from downtown Santa Ynez, Los Olivos and Ballard. 10 Minutes from Downtown Solvang.

Uber and Lyft are not always available.
The front yard is not intended for guests, the back yard is and private to guests staying.
No Extra visitors without hosts permission, No events, No Smoking, No pets, Park in Guest Parking Only, not in front or blocking garage.
House Guidelines listed under Guest Resources and located in binder at property. Failure to follow these can result in forfeiture of security deposit.
10pm Noise Curfew
4 additional visitors allowed with host approval.
2 vehicles max allowed at property, unless otherwise approved by host.
No Glitter or confetti.
No Bachelor or bachelorette celebrations.
No outdoor fires besides grill and fire pit.
Please leave property in the condition that it was when you arrived.
Booker is responsible for any damage.
