The main/master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, while the remaining room is furnished with twins beds. This Condo comfortably accommodate up to FOUR (4) guests.The relaxing living room is furnished with all the comforts of home. Sit on the Patio overlooking a Gorgeous Courtyard and Smell the Scent of Fresh Breezes, while enjoying Quiet Relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with glass-top stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, toaster, coffee-maker, plates, pots and so on.

This property offers a Beautiful large Pool and comfortable Lounge chairs. Laundry Facilities is on the First floor of this building (close distance to unit).

The condo is in a quiet community. Very small. Pool is not heated but very nice on hot days. Very close to the beach. Well within walking distance. A little dated but very clean. I would recommend this condo. Jennifer the owner is great. We had a few questions and she responded immediately.

New Smyrna Beach

Condo's location is excellent. Check in was very easy and Jennifer checked in with us to make sure every thing was ok.Coronado cove also has a very nice pool area. Had a good stay for the week.

Coronado Cove condo

Very comfortable and enjoyable accommodations.The host, Jennifer, was available for all questions and extremely helpful.Location is about a 10 minute walk to beach. A short drive to restaurants, etc. Overall, very convenient.We enjoyed our stay. The complex is very quiet and the people we met were very friendly.

Very Nice

This was a very nice place to call home while we were in Florida. As advertised, we could walk to the beach, and there was a lovely County Park just outside the back door where we could walk to the Lagoon. The owner was very responsive when we had questions.

We had a great time! The Condo was very nice with many extras provided. The owner was great with communication & prompt to reply to questions. We enjoyed the pool & had a very enjoyable stay. Many choices of restaurants near by & the beach is close as well. The only issue we had was getting our suitcases up the stairs. Next time we’ll pack light. lol

NCB Condo

Our VRBO condo .was one of the best supplied vacation properties that we have stayed at. You are lacking for nothing. Snacks, cleaning supplies, bedding, cookware, COVID free ! The owners thought of everything. Steps from the ocean, the river, dining and shopping. A real pleasure to stay here!

Stayed at condo - was clean and stocked Have been going to NSB for a few years and love the place - weather wasn’t as good as normal ( same as everywhere ) But we did most of the things we wanted to. Had a problem with the tv’s and Jennifer got in touch with spectrum and had it fixed Would recommend the condo to other travelers

CORONADO COVE IN NEW SMRYNA BEACH

This was our second stay at this property. You cannot ask for more. Every cleaning supply imaginable was provided, any paper products you need are supplied, and a wonderful snack basket is waiting for you upon arrival. The space easily accommodates a family. There is a large queen bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The place is immaculate and extremely comfortable. Both bedrooms and the living are equipped with televisions hooked up to cable. The outside grounds are in excellent condition. Tress and shrubs are always kept trimmed, the grass is mowed regularly, and the pool is well maintained. The location is ideal. You are a short walk to then non-driving section of the beach, close to local attractions, shopping, and dining. You cannot ask for anything more. Lastly, communication within your hoist cannot be better. Jennifer always picks up the phone and answers any questions you have. She has wonderful recommendations for dining and entertainment. She is always happy to talk to you and couldn't be more pleasant. You will not be sorry if you stay here.

Great Place to Stay

The condo is well stocked with necessities such as pots and pans, kitchen utensils, towels, bedroom linens, and cleaning supplies. We liked the short walk to the park on the lagoon side of the island, and it was just a three block walk to the beach on the ocean side. There is a pool and laundry facilities on site, and friendly neighbors.

Great off beach location

Condo was very nice and clean. Just a short drive to many restaurants and beach areas. Very quite neighborhood and easy access to parking. There is a small park/nature reserve right behind the property to access the lagoon to fish, kayak or to take a walk. It is a second floor unit with no elevator in the building which could be troublesome for some, but we managed just fine. The host checked on us via text a couple of times to check on our stay. I did really appreciated that she would take the time to do so. Would definite stay here again.

New Smyrna Beach Condo in great neighborhood

The interior of the unit was very nice. The owner kept it up very well. The floors were new and all the furnishings were terrific. I have stayed in numerous places over the years and can say that no host has ever provided what Jennifer and John did. We did not need to get any cleaning supplies, toiletries, and trash bags. There were plenty of bed linens and even towels for the pool/beach. They were kind enough to provide a wonderful snack basket that was loaded and even fresh coffee. Jennifer was amazing. She was so pleasant and responsive. Any questions I had she answered immediately, always answering her phone when I called. The pool was well maintained as well as the grounds. Someone was out every day trimming hedges and mowing the lawn. The location was great, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of stores and restaurants were only a short drive away.
