We believe our Unit "Paradise Villa" at Madeira Norte will please the most discriminating guest. Situated directly on the beach with incredible ocean front views from the main bedroom & living room ā€“ Florida beachfront living at its bests! Relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets from your second-floor private balcony, head out for a leisurely stroll on the beach or take a dip in the heated swimming pool. Secure wireless high-speed Internet is available throughout the condo and by the pool. Inside you'll find flat screen TVs with a full Spectrum Channel selection in the bedroom and living room, as well as a fully furnished kitchen, plus a new washer and dryer. Sleeping accommodations include one King-sized bed and two plush twin beds. Sleeper sofa is no longer in the unit. We manage this unit ourselves to ensure the best possible service for our guests. We look forward to having you stay with us.

The building offers secure access to both elevators and stairways. There is also an outdoor patio/picnic area for cookouts, your own reserved parking space, plus extra parking spaces for your visitors. As the new local owners of this property we take personal pride in making sure that your needs are taken care of and that our accommodations exceed your expectations.

Across the street from the condo you'll find John's Pass, with over 50 unique merchants it's a shopping and dining wonderland as well as a hub for water related activities. Stroll along the boardwalk and through the village, stopping at your leisure to enjoy a scoop of home-made ice cream, a glass of wine, or a complete dinner at one of the waterfront restaurants. They offer every type of shopping experience, from priceless one-of-a-kind treasures to traditional beach souvenirs! New additions include: Mad Beach Craft Brewing Company, Florida Under the Sea, Mad Beach Mini Donuts, Fun Time and Toy and The Dive Bar, plus there's boating, fishing and jet-skiing excursions available too.

Madeira Beach Vacation

Madeira Norte was a great location. Great restaurants and shopping we could walk to. Weather was absolutely perfect! Our condo was nice, but needed a deeper more detailed cleaning.

Paridise Villa at Madeira Norte

Our condo was clean, attractive, comfortable and well located. Our balcony overlooked the beach and was near the pool as well. The proximity of Johnā€™s Pass was big plus. I would recommend this condo without hesitation.

We had a great stay at Paradise Villas. Great location within walking distance to John's Pass. The unit it self was well decorated and clean with everything we needed during our stay. We loved being right on the beach with views of the boats going in and out of John's Pass as well as beautiful sunsets!

Love the condo love the location of looking at the ocean clean pool

Probably the most relaxing vacation weā€™ve had. Lovely condo owners were super communicative and anything we needed They were right there to help. Super nice guys. Wasnā€™t crowded all the guests. There are very nice to everyone. Walk across the street to Johnā€™s pass with crosswalk. It was just a lovely lovely time.

Fantastic Condo, Excellent Location

This place has it all. Beautiful beach, restaurants, bars, shops, all within a few steps. The balcony was or favorite place. Watching the sunset with a very private feel. Highly recommend!

Great location, beautiful condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Madeira Beach. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was easy to communicate with the owners and they were helpful with any questions we had. We loved the area and enjoyed seeing the dolphins and manatees everyday. Itā€™s so close to Johnā€™s Pass and you can walk across the street to so many shops and restaurants. Great vacation!

Amazing views and lots to do!

We had a fabulous vacation at Madiera Norte. The condo was beautiful and the view from the patio was amazing. We saw dolphins almost every morning and gorgeous sunsets every evening. The property is clean and close to the boardwalk. The owners were very responsive before and during our trip. We will definitely book with them again!

Excellent Condo and Location

This place was great to stay. Comfortable and very nice accommodations. The owners were very responsive to our needs and the overall experience was great. House cleaning needs a little more thoroughly done, we swept first night there and got a pile, baseboards are dirty and under table was dirty. But we would definitely stay again. The view and overall place is amazing.

Delightful Destination and Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our seven night stay here. The sunsets and sound of the water were amazing from the balcony. The bed in the Captainā€™s Quarters was like sleeping on a cloud after exploring the area each day. Everything we needed could be found in the unit. Thank you for having us!!! Very nice experience!

Great place, perfect location, wonderful beach view

We stayed the week before Christmas, we had a great time. The condo was everything we expected from viewing the pictures. The view from the balcony was fantastic, perfect sunsets, lunch on the patio, drinks watching sunset. The master bed was very comfortable. The owner was great to work with and even stopped by to see how things were going. We could easily stay for a longer trip the condo was perfect for us. We will return to this condo in the future as it was one of the best we have rented.

Wonderful experience

The unit was exactly as advertised, and then some. Beautiful view of the ocean beach and sunset from the balcony. John pass Boardwalk and Village directly across the street. Master bed was very comfortable, as well as updated furniture in family room. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.
