Why Madeira Beach? It's the best kept secret on the Gulf Coast, that's why. Not overgrown and overcrowded, as so much is now.

This 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo has been completely renovated from the large kitchen to the bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa bed in the living room with a foam topper for extra comfort. Condo freshly painted throughout in 2020. New vinyl flooring in both bedrooms in 2023. This unit does have a washer and dryer for your convenience. Covered parking with a designated spot on 2nd floor. Lobby Doors require a security code so you can feel safe in a secure building. Enjoy the pool or soak in the hot tub. Use the tiki hut for grilling or join in a game of shuffleboard. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels provided. Ocean Sands is walking distance to great restaurants and shops...or hop on the beach trolley and head to Johns Pass Village for shopping, watersports, deep sea fishing or dolphin watching cruises.

You're on the 11th floor. The absolutely best level to view the beach, ocean, and intracoastal waterways. Relax on your large, private balcony while watching the sunsets and dolphins over the Gulf of Mexico.

Remote worked during the day from this VERY well-equipped and comfortable condoā€”and greatly enjoyed ourselves supporting the local bars/restaurants that are walkable or just a trolley ride away that have reopened after the hurricanes, great to see progress continuing in the area. Repair and recovery efforts continued on the condo pool deck, garage/first floor lobby area, and the beach itself (breakers).

Great location and beach view. While still renovating due to hurricane damage, the elevators were out of service for three full days. it was very inconvenient for us on the 11th floor, and all other residents of the condo.

Having spent numerous holidays along this part of the coast, this condo is the best place we've stayed at. Everything about the condo was perfect. Easy check in and access by elevator. Quiet unit, exceptionally clean, comfortable and well maintained with good quality furnishings. Hosts seem to have thought of everything. Beautiful sunset and ocean views from spacious balcony with comfortable chairs and loungers. Thank you so much to our hosts for a wonderful holiday, we did not want to leave. Very highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

Super well-equipped condoā€” comfortable beds and living area, responsive hosts, AMAZING view, very walkable areaā€” such fun!! Nice pool deck and hot tub area. (Whatā€™s NOT to love!?) Absolutely spectacular vacation condo

We highly recommend this Vrbo condo rental and the owners. We have been going to Madeira Beach for over 40 years and renting in this area for over 25. This condo is by far the best rental we have stayed at! Firstly the building is so well maintained, 2 elevators which make it easy to get to where you need when you need. Parking was perfect as we have a large suv and we it like protected from the streets. Everyone we met at this building was so friendly. The condo itself was spotless and so well appointed. They have thought of everything. We will 100% be booking this unit again. Location is perfection

Beautiful condo

Very welcoming and well maintained condo. The description was exactly as described with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Itā€™s been over 10 years since we have been able to vacation with our daughter (military). It was the best 2 weeks and on the way out the door sheā€™s asking about coming back next year. We have done Madeira since she was 5. The owners are very nice and promptly responded to questions before we arrived. This will be our first go to place at Madeira. Thank you for sharing your condo.

What a great place

This property is amazing. We have stayed in the Ocean Sands complex on previous trips to Madeira Beach, but this property has been the best, by far. Condo was very clean and there were plenty of water toys in the closet for us to use. Communication with the host (Dennis) was great and he responded immediately to all of our questions.

Perfect for an extended vacation

We spent two weeks there and loved every minute of it. The condo is so clean and well appointed you will want for nothing. It is perfect situated between all the restaurants and attractions. Love this condo and all of the amenities of the complex.

All your needs met

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Sands. The condo was in good shape and was well stocked if you choose to cook. I do not as we enjoy the area restaurants, but if you choose to stay in, the owners have you covered with a well-stocked kitchen. There were plenty of beach towels and other amenities provided. Relaxing and beautiful sunsets

This property is right on Madeira Beach and we enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets. The Condo was very comfortable and able to sleep 6 comfortably. My granddaughters that live in Orlando we able to come and visit us during our stay. After we arrived we tried to extend our stay because we knew right away we wanted to be here, unfortunately, it books up in advance. I have to say the master bed mattress was so nice I would love to know what brand it is. I spend 2 weeks without back pain. You will not regret staying in the condo. It is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. I will definitely be back. Bridgett Dies

Well Stocked Beachfront Condo in a Great Location

The condo is in an excellent location, convenient for restaurants, shopping and, of course, beach activities. The owners have made a real effort to make sure the condo is ready to accommodate their guests from the moment they arrive. The unit was fully stocked with all of the essentials that are needed for your stay. The condo was quite comfortable for our 2-week stay. It was nice to have a reserved, inside parking space in the garage. This made loading and unloading for arrival, departure and shopping trips very easy. The view from the balcony was great, we could watch dolphin swimming in the Gulf almost every day. Since the condo is located on the 11th floor, the views up and down the beach were excellent. Beach access was also very convenient, with access points either from the 1st level garage or from the swimming pool area.

I have stayed in this area for 17 years and this is one of the nicest condos in which I have ever stayed. It is well equipped and has all things necessary to make your stay great. It is decorated beautifully and the views are fantastic.

Clean and Comfy

Condo was nicely kept. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Appreciated the extra fans! Excellent view from the 11th floor. Plenty of beach gear (towels, chairs, noodles, coolers a cart to haul it all down). At one point the power went out in our area and the owners were very quick to respond to my text to let us know when the power would be restored. Would certainly stay again!

Due to quick sale of our house we needed a place for several weeks and we were so delighted with our stay. Everything was perfect. Decor, location, beach view cleanliness. Condo was fully stocked everything you could possibly need. Will definitely rent it again.

We bought this property so we could have a place to escape the Michigan winters a few times a year. There is nothing like summer in Michigan, but winters are long, cold and cloudy. We love to know that the beach and sunshine are waiting for us and we're excited to share it with others:)
