Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath private home situated on 1 1/2 acres of land. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with on-suite bath, guest bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed, guest bedroom 2 has a queen bed, guest bedroom 3 has 2 double beds, and guest bedroom 4 is on the lower level with a queen sized bed. The first 4 bedrooms are on the main floor of the house. The lower level has a family room, full bath, separate bedroom area and can accommodate a few air mattresses as well. There is a huge back deck that spans the length of the home and includes a fire table 2 eight person dining tables, multiple seating areas with sun shades. The back deck overlooks a beautifully landscaped lawn, pergola, stream, and fire pit with a Koi pond.
There is a private front courtyard seating area that seats 5 for a more intimate gathering.
We have almost 8 year old twins, so if you have young children we can leave the toys out for your use (we also have 2 high chairs, pac n plays, youth seats, etc. if needed).
The house is in close proximity to the airport, restaurants, mall, movie theater, colleges/universities, lake, State Parks, wineries and shops.

Our group of nine had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Ithaca. Every guest was thoroughly impressed with the space and amenities. Kristin was a thoughtful and responsive host, ensuring our arrival and stay were completely seamless. The house itself was not only spacious and comfortable, but also fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to cozy linens. We especially appreciated the peaceful setting and well-maintained outdoor space, which made it perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. welcoming gathering place

Perfect space for several friends and their spouses to gather for the weekend. Several of us cooked dinner together. Relaxed conversation on the deck.

Wonderful family place

Beautiful, spacious home and property filled inside and out with everything you’ll need, including tons of toys and games for our grandkids, ages 2 to 7. Owner extremely quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home filled with everything and more

We absolutely loved our stay!! The home was perfect for our family and we made so many wonderful memories around the kitchen and on the lovely back porch. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything and more we could need. Thank you!!

Wonderful place for family!

Lovely house with plenty of room for a large family. We were in Ithaca for a wedding and used the house as our base. House was beautifully kept with lots of spaces for sitting together to catch up over meals and drinks. Rooms were all well decorated and in excellent condition. We want to thank Kristin and Peter for sharing their home.

Perfect Weekend!

Everything about our stay in Kristin’s VRBO listing was just incredible. From the warm welcome from her, to the cleanliness and little details of everything we could have needed or wanted from the rental was thought of and prepared for. Family visit

Our family stayed here while visiting relatives in Ithaca and thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the property. It had something for everyone -- toys and video games for kids, a beautiful deck / backyard / fire pit for the adults, and the entire property was clean, functional, and welcoming. Kristin included some extra gestures (s'mores, asking and leaving out a high chair) of hospitality. There were no complaints. We hope to return for future visits.

Hospitality at its Best

This house is gorgeous, the basement can only be described as the epitome of ideal for kids, and the grounds were beautiful and functional. The host was incredibly gracious and welcoming, and as a host myself, I learned what a top-notch rental experience is like. Can’t speak highly enough of the whole package.

Beautiful House and Property - Perfect Base for Cornell Graduation

We are a large family group (12 total) and needed a place to stay for Cornell graduation. This house/property was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had plenty of space and bathrooms, and the house was well-stocked with anything we might need. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We brought a couple of blow up beds for the younger kids, and there was plenty of place for them to take over the large, finished basement. The kitchen is modern and beautiful. The large, beautiful deck was a perfect spot to enjoy the late afternoon and dine outdoors. We didn't even venture into the large dining room! The whole-house AC was appreciated. Our host Kristin was accommodating and responsive. We were able to cook elaborate spreads of food and entertain right at the house the night before graduation and the day of graduation -- saving us the hassle and expense of finding a restaurant to host a large group. The brand new Weber grill got a lot of use from our group. There was plenty of parking as well, and an EV charger for the Tesla owner in the group. It was so great to be able to stay together with family and enjoy the weekend -- so grateful to have found this A+++ property! Thank you!!

60 babies

There was 10 of us ladies, 3 who turned 60. The ladies LOVED the house and all it had to offer. First night chatting around the gas fire table on the large porch. No one wanted to go out to eat cause of the very impressive kitchen. Every thing you need to cook with. The dinning room table accommodated all of us for meals and game nite. The fire pit was a hit with the smores that were left for us by our gracious hosts. Everyone spent time down by the KOI pond through out the weekend. They even let us plug in are Hybrid car. The ladies were very impressed with the house and all its little treasure every where. I will defiantly stay here again. Thank you so much for the wonderful time we had in your beautiful home.

Ithaca Graduation Weekend

What a fabulous experience! Property was as advertised and perfect for our family group of 10! The back porch was so inviting and perfect for an after graduation barbecue. Every touch in the house was perfectly done and I would highly recommend to anyone looking at this property that it is a home run!!

Summer Family ReUnion

Wonderful property and hostess. House was great for a family reunion which we used as a base for my parents, siblings and families and first cousins and famililes on my mom's side-- 18 in all (11 slept in house). Single level with basement was great for my limited mobility. House was immaculate when we got there and tried to leave it the same when leaving. Backyard and huge playroom was Awesome for kids (4-11). Hostess was very responsive to questions before during and after stay. Generous with house supplies and condiments. Note this is the house hostess and family of 4 live in so not a lot of space to put away clothes but some. Already seriously thinking of coming back next year if we can get it. :)

Family visit to Ithaca

Very nice property with excellent amenities. The house is spacious and has a wonderful deck and fire pit. Wonderful kitchen and Many places to sit and relax. We had a large group (9 people) and used all of the bedrooms and beds. Our only issue was that the down stairs bedroom was not nearly as nice as the upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs was a little cold and damp.

Perfect getaway

Lots of games for kids and an area for them to play. A gorgeous deck and backyard space with a fire pit, koi pond, and large hangout space. A wonderful place to have a reunion with family and friends!

Wonderful Property in Beautiful Ithaca with Amazing Hosts

We had the best stay in Ithaca at this property! Kristin went out of her way to make sure my family and I were comfortable and well taken care of. There were plenty of toys for my young kids to play with and she stocked the fridge with the essentials (milk, juice, and wine). The house was sparkling clean and all the beds were comfortable. The backyard--the deck, the koi pond, the fire pits--are incredible. We were outside most of the time and the property made it possible for us to enjoy the beautiful weather fully throughout our trip. Krisitin was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us somereally excellent recommendations for things to do (and eat and drink) in Ithaca and made sure we had everything we need. If we ever go back to Ithaca, we will definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect in every way

We stayed here for Cornell grad weekend with our multi-generational family of 9. It was perfect for grandparents with mobility challenges as all the bedrooms are on the main floor and nicely spread out. The house was immaculate and well appointed with lots of sitting areas and places to relax. We loved the open kitchen. Very spacious with a brand new shaded deck patio w comfortable and plentiful furniture and a propane grill and fire table. The owners left us with access to a fully stocked spice cabinet, waters, soda, milk and OJ. The AC works beautifully and made the house very comfortable. Kristin was also incredibly easy to communicate with by text and was available to answer any questions within minutes.
