- Community pools are heated during cooler months, and towel service is available (subject to neighborhood changes)
- A mid-stay clean is required for reservations of 10 days or longer and is included in your rate
- Additional cleans may be scheduled for an additional fee
- Concierge services available, including baby equipment rentals, additional bike rentals, grocery delivery, and catering services
