Surf Court 53 - Perfect Couples Retreat - 2 Bed 2 1/2 Bath

Surf Court is an ocean-oriented complex, 1 block to the beach. Surf Court 53 is a 2 story townhouse, one flight above street level. The famous Van Der Meer tennis center is located 1.5 blocks from Surf Court. The beautiful landscaped courtyard feature a large swimming pool. Surf Court 53 is perfect for 2 couples or a family. There is a King in the Master bedroom and a Queen in the guest bedroom each with their own private bath. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. The unit is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a nice meal. The condo has a spacious floor plan with a 1/2 bath downstairs. The living room is comfortable with a large flat screen TV, and wireless internet. The balcony from the living room leads to the pool and the view is beautiful looking at the courtyard, the warm sunshine is great to have your morning coffee.

Location to the beach was excellent. Many items and appliances were broken. The kitchen had much fewer plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc compared to other accommodations we have used. There was a k-cup coffee maker which makes a much more expensive coffee than a drip machine. Other than the location, I would not recommend the unit.

Comfortable and good location

Property is in good location. Close to Coligny. Many places to eat within walking distance. It is on the backside of Surf Court which makes the walk to the beach a little longer but the walk is easy. There is a nice walkway to the beach. The property was well maintained but there were stains on the sofa which is expected when you have renters coming and going. Recommend having the sofa cleaned in the near future. Bed and sofa are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

No pool available

Unfortunately, a week before our trip a storm knocked the pool pump and it was out or order for the whole time of our stay. That was very dissapointing since we have partially booked this vacation hoping to get some pool time. I wish property management could work something out with the adjacent resorts or hotels to offer a daily pool pass under these special conditions.

Perfect Getaway

We had a great time here! Condo was nice and clean. There was plenty of space. The property was nice! Only complaint was the washer didn’t seem to work right. It kept getting caught up and wouldn’t spin the water out of the clothes. Otherwise a great stay! Staff was friendly, check in and out was easy. Would come back!

Great location

This property is a great location, very quick walk to the beach and lots of places to eat, shop and drink that are walkable. However there is no charm with this rental, they give one roll of paper towels, two laundry detergent pods (you are required to start the dish washer when you vacate), and little bars of soap for the bathrooms. We stayed 5 nights. It would be a lot nicer if more was available and provided from the rental company, especially when most people are traveling from out of state.

Relaxing beach week

The property was clean, modern, and well-equipped. We contacted the property manager about a late arrival due to unexpected traffic and were promptly accommodated. We visit HHI every year in the fall and would absolutely book this property again

Absolutely Amazing!

The place was spotless when we arrived, and was fully furnished. We had no issues checking in, it was completely hands off and was as simple as a text. Check out was just as easy too! The location was a few minutes walk from the beach, in a lovely condominium with a gated pool that was just as clean as the place we stayed at. Will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful vacation spot

This condo was perfect for our family. It was in excellent condition and extremely comfortable, spacious, and cozy. We loved how close we were to everything- the beach being right across the street and Coligny being a short walk away. We highly recommend this for families!

Great stay for my small family

My wife, little girl and I stayed here at the end of May. We really enjoyed this place. It was plenty spacious for us. Everything was clean and well maintained. We loved the big comfy couch. The walk to the beach was easy, there's a beach access pretty much right across the street from these condos (you don't need to go to the main Coligny access). The only negative we had was the main bedroom gets little A/C air flow and the 2nd bedroom gets tons of A/C (because it is right above the air handler). I bring it up just for those of you who are temperature sensitive.

Looking for a Great Place?

It's refreshing to find a listing is exactly as advertised. Clean, relaxing and close enough to walk to the beach if you're adventurous, if not jump in your car and you're three minutes away. Looking forward to returning soon.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: some of the condo was refurbished but some was not. Lights burned out when we arrived. No directions for the cable tv.Had to buy WD-40 to get the sliding doors and screen door to work. Front screen door closer was pulled out of the door casing so I fixed that and added WD40 again

We enjoyed it

Our stay was fine overall. The ceiling fans need to be cleaned and the sliding glass doors need replacing. They are hard to open and close. The balcony is small. The kitchen has everything you need and it was nice having a washer and dryer. It was about 8 minutes to walk to the beach. The decor is nice.

Long Weekend - Clean and Convenient
