House:130m2, two floors; on the first floor is the daily room with the kitchen, WC, pantry and large terraces from the 30 m2 with a view at the sea, while on the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with a bathroom(recently fully renovated), SAT/TV, climate. Possibility of extra bed for two person or children.
Position: directly above the beach, about 4 km distant from Trogir and is connected to the old fishing village Seget, 7 km from the airport 'Split. Equipment: every suite (apartment A2 person; apartment A4 person; House A6+1 person) air-conditioned; has garage or the parking area; a private beach, heated open pool (12x6 the meter) with reverse swimming and a jacuzzi, massage; Roman scales and underwater light; large terrace (11 m2 +) with a gorgeous view on the pool, sea and islands; possibility to tie Your boat or rent our boat, grill, Internet connection to surf the net and check e-mail, a washing machine…



Sport and entertainments: In the direct closeness, possibility to use the ground for football, basketball, tennis, mini golf; sailing on board and driving a motor scooter on the sea; different kinds of child contents; in the evening the departure to the neighboring restaurant and a dance club; family excursion trip with the lighter on neighboring islands with the escort or without with the overpayment.

Dalmatian paradise

Fantastic villa with amazing views. We stayed in apartment A6+1B and this apartment is very spacious and well maintained. The owner, Denis, goes above and beyond to make your stay outstanding. The pool is wonderful and provides a great common area to meet other guests staying in the other apartments. There is also an outdoor wood burning stove that is fantastic for outdoor cooking or to have a wonderful Dalmatian meal prepared for you. The details/pictures are very accurate and we would highly recommend this apartment. We look forward to staying here again on a future visit to Croatia.

FANTASTIC!!

We had an amazing stay here. There are several areas you can walk to for snacks/dinner/etc. The property has jaw dropping views and the accomdations were perfect for our family. Dennis was a great host and helped us with all of our needs...he even helped us to the grocery store! There is a dock that you can charter a boat from/get the water taxi etc. that can take you straight into Trogir. Uber's are reasonable from this location too if you aren't renting a car. If we are ever back in this part of the world, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Dennis for your hospitality!!!

Wonderful holiday with great host

My family and I stayed at Villa Marija in Seget Vranjica and had an amazing holiday. The villa is well laid out with all amenities and plenty of space. It was lovely and clean and the outlook from our balcony was beautiful with the clear blue sea. The use of the private ‘cosy’ beach below was a real asset as the area is very popular, so having our own private space was really beneficial. There is also a swimming pool although my family and I spent most of our time at the beach. Denis our host was very helpful with showing us round the property, giving us advice on restaurants to eat at and even cooking a fabulous fish supper on our last night!! There is easy access from the property to water sports and the water taxi to Trogir, which is a lovely place to visit. I would highly recommend a stay at this property. A fantastic holiday in a great location for a family holiday.

This property is just fantastic. A superb front line property situated very close to the airport and Trogir, a local bustling market town. The owner Denis and his family live on site and so he is readily available for any information and queries. The views are breathtaking from both the terrace and the bedrooms. The property is divided over two floors and is nicely furnished with great new bathrooms. Each room has air conditioning which was essential for our August holiday. We hired a car from the airport to explore the local area, the roads are very narrow to the property and parking can be challenging! There is a local mini market close by which is well stocked. Close by are a few bars and restaurants but Trogir is a boat taxi away which is has everything from quiet bars, bustling market and even nightclubs. We had an excellent holiday and I have no hesitation in recommending it. We will return.

Wonderful location

The villa/apartment has a wonderful location and offers great variety in terms of activities and swimming. The host is very hospitable and helpful in all things. I highly recommend this!

Toller Ausblick und direkter Zugang zum Meer

Das Highlight des Appartements ist der Blick von der Terrasse im 1. Stock. Man kann gar nicht genug davon bekommen! Man muss nur die Treppe runter gehen um ins Meer zu springen, mit Jetskis rauszufahren, zu SUPen oder Boot zu fahren. Wir waren fast jeden Morgen lange schwimmen wenn das Meer am ruhigsten und glasklar war. Der Host Denis und seine Frau sind super hilfsbereit, nett und großzügig. Denis hat uns viele Informationen gegeben was wir unternehmen können und einen Abend hat er uns sogar selbstgefangenen Fisch gegrillt. Bei der Buchung hatten wir den Eindruck, dass es sich beim angemieteten Objekt um ein Ferienhaus handelt. Tatsache aber ist, dass es ein zweistöckiges Appartement ist (1. und 2. Stock). Im Erdgeschoss, direkt am Pool, wohnt der Host mit seiner Frau und 3 Kinder während der Sommerzeit und im Nebenhaus gibt es nochmal 3 Appartements. Es sind somit 5 Einheiten.

Wunderschöner , erholsamer Urlaub!

Wir haben uns bei der Gastgeber Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Denis, der Hausherr hat uns super betreut, er war mit uns Kalamar- Fischen - ein großartiges Erlebnis, er hat uns vieles organisiert und so unseren Urlaub zu einen perfekten Erlebnis gemacht.

magnifique séjour

nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances en Croatie. Denis est un hôte vraiment très accueillant et serviable. Nous avons loué un appartement 4+1 avec terrasse vue sur piscine et mer, un vrai rêve... La location est très bien située, à proximité de 2 petits commerces et du camping offrant des plats à emporter. du balcon le soir nous profitions des concerts donnés au camping. Plusieurs prestations ( taxi boat, parachute, jet ski, balades blue lagon à moins de 5mn à pied. La Dalmatie est très jolie et de nombreuses excursions sont à faire. nous retournerons chez Denis et sa famille pour continuer notre découverte de ce pays.

wonderful apartment near trogir

My husband and I along with our son and his girlfriend stayed in the large three bedroom apartment for a week. Wonderful views from a big terrace. A great pool and easy access to the ocean. The owner, Denis, was really nice and very helpful. We used the grill to cook dinner and ate on the terrace every night. If you stay here you need a car. You can walk to Trogir via a path along the sea but it is about 3.5 miles. We would definitely stay here again.

I have a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and have worked as a professor at the Maritime School and University in Split for over 25 years.
I have been renting Apartments Villa Marija for over 15 years since the apartments with the family house were built. I have extremely positive experiences with guests which makes me happy.
My slogan is "Come to us as a guests - leave as friends" because that's the way it is. That is confirmed by the same guests who have been coming back to us for many years.
I hope you will find an apartment and a period in our accommodation when it suits you, because it is getting harder and harder every year.
