Enjoy the beautiful ocean view from the furnished lanai! This amazing condo is the total package including WiFi, washer and dryer, community pool and the convenience to the gorgeous beach!

When you enter Nani Kai Hale 303, you will enjoy the amazing tropical feel in a great open floor plan with immediate views of the lush grounds. The living room offers a sofa and chair positioned around the large flat screen television. You and your guests will love this airy and spacious living room with the large windows and sliding glass door to the lanai. Feel free to relax on the sofa after a long day in the hot Hawaii sunshine!

The cozy kitchen features stainless white appliances and plenty of gorgeous granite counter space. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, stove top with oven as well as cooking and eating utensils to create your favorite home cooked meals during your stay. The dining area offers a table with seating for four. After dinner, take a step out on the lanai and enjoy the sounds of nature and the peaceful ocean view from the chairs at Nani Kai Hale 303.

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, two nightstands and a large dresser to provide the space to unpack your bags and make yourself at home. There is also a large flat-screen television to help you unwind and relax as you fall fast asleep. The primary bedroom's en-suite bathroom features a separate vanity and bathroom with tub and shower with grab bars.

The living room offers a queen-size pull out sofa sleeper to accommodate two additional guests. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for all guests staying at Nani Kai Hale 303.

Enjoy grilling, snorkeling, surfing, golfing and the gorgeous Hawaiian views that Maui has to offer. Great spot

This place is great, literally seconds away from the beach. Did not expect it to be so close. Condo complex was clean. I recommend and will stay there again.

My Maui trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It wasn't what I expected. It was older and smaller but clean and well equipped. I was expecting to be closer to the water but was at the back of the building. We were very close to the Hwy thus lots of road noise.

Great Location & Community

Have stayed at Nani Kai Hale before, as well as Sugar Beach & Kealia. We love this area and it's easy to walk along the beach to visit family staying in other nearby condos. The community at NKH was great, we went to a community "Happy Hour" in the rain and met lots of folks while at that, the pool, and the lawn area. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Parking was easy, the grounds were nice and the tables, chairs, pool were all very. well-kept. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the listing implied the unit had a washer/dryer ... "This amazing condo is the total package including WiFi, washer and dryer, community pool..." The amenities listing also says "washer" so we thought there would be in-unit laundry but in reality, there's a laundry room with coin-operated machines (2 washers, 2 dryers). on each level. It was $2/load to wash, $1.75 to dry. The unit was well appointed, but I felt the important furnishings that most other units we've rented on our trips to Maui were sparse and worn in this unit. For example, there were only 2 beach worn towels, one extra blanket which we used the hideaway bed for our daughter along. with a couple of pretty flat & worn pillows, and toilet paper holder in the master bath felt like it was about to fall off so we didn't even use it. The mattress was very firm and felt worn/older so it would have been nice to have something a little bit upgraded to fall into at the end of a busy day. Otherwise, the unit was very clean, comfortable and well-located. We would consider returning again to NKH but probably a different unit ("the pool was always warm, says my daughter!") so that was nice on the cooler rainy days when the ocean was rough.

My family has stayed at Nani every year they go to Maui and it’s always such an amazing time! From the beautiful beach and coastal views to the home like presence it’s definitely an easy choice!

On Beautiful Sugar Beach

The grounds are immaculate and location on Sugar Beach is fabulous. The unit itself is a ways back on the property you can see the ocean from the lanai, but there is a bit of road noise. The unit would benefit from removing unnecessary items from closets. The cleaners could do a better job and pay more attention to details. The bed was very comfortable. Overall the unit is fairly represented in the description and would recommend it to other travellers for good value.

The property is great. Because we came in the evening the end of the month and the gate code had just changed we had to wait to get the code from the property manager the next day. An inconvenience. Dishes above the fridge all dirty/dusty. A little outdated and boring decor.

Clean, comfortable and great location!

Condo was very clean and quiet with very comfortable furniture. Also, wonderful location on the beach along with being close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Nice homebase!

The location is right in the middle of the island, so you're about 20 minutes to an hour away from almost everything. It's not the best location for hanging out at the beach on the property as there are some pretty strong waves. But it was super comfortable and the perfect option for utilizing as a homebase!

We totally enjoyed Our visit to Kihei. The condo was clean and pretty much as expected. The location probably better than expected. Our only suggestion would be notification if someone is going to enter the condo. When we returned from an excursion one day, it was obvious that somebody had been in the condo. Since we had not been notified that anyone was going to enter, we were alarmed. After further investigation it became clear that someone had been there to change lightbulbs. It would’ve save some anxiety and fear if we would have Been notified prior to the visit or a note left on the door that someone had been there.

Nani Kai Hale-Great Location

Unit 303 at Nani Kai Hale is a nice unit, it was clean and updated. My only disappointment was the bed mattresses in the bedroom and on the hide a bed. They both could have been newer and more comfortable. It is difficult to enjoy a vacation when I do not sleep well. For the nightly fee the owners could easily upgrade both for what we paid for our stay. I have stayed in several units at NKH and noticed the road noise is much higher the farther back you get in the building.

Always love my stay at Nani Kai Hale

As usual we had a wonderful time during our stay on Maui. I would suggest however that the owner invest in some new artwork in the living room. The prints are so faded they are blue. Also some new WASHABLE placemats for the glass table would be greatly appreciated. Pots and pans should not be stored under the sink. I consider this a very unsanitary situation.. I moved them to the oven for our stay. There are a lot of old mismatched glasses and dishes taking up space. I bought a set of wineglasses and left them there for future guests, but would have loved to get rid of all the old bits and pieces. IThere was a lot of exterior cleaning goiIng on during our two week stay as well as a visit from pest control and the landscape crew. While the timing was just our bad luck and these things need to get done it was an unfortunate disruption for us. The building manager is doing a great job of keeping the grounds and patio tidy and clean. Regarding the question above: "Communication with property manager" I'm not sure if you mean Maui rentals (no communication other than a message on our home phone when I got home), or the on site building manager. ( He gave us a pool code to use as there was no note in our suite.) By the ay the tissue holder in the ensuite needs a set screw to hold it on the wall.

The condo was clean and comfortable.with plenty of space for the two of us. View of the Pacific ocean was terrific. We enjoyed the little extras at the condo including the sand chairs, beach towels and a walking stick. Neighborhood was quiet and the air conditioning worked nicely. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes drive.

Comfy bed, sheets and towels. Clean condo with practically all that is needed.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was nice having coffee/breakfast outside on the lanai. Clean beach/BBQ area where it was nice to have dinner by the ocean. The only bummer was that the front loading washer didn't work. I recommend this place!

Great Stay!

We had a really nice stay. Fully stocked condo, parking, great place & location. Although we didn't have a chance to really check out everything, we had a nice time there. We would definitely go back. Very clean condo & comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Unit 303 for 15days. This was our third stay in the complex, our first in unit 303. Nani Kai Hale is on fantastic Sugar Beach, a short walk down the beach to Kailea Pond and an energetic person can walk all the way to Maalea on the beach! There is a cool bakery/coffee shop and veggie market across the street as well as an ABC general store. This unit has had a kitchen remodel, and the bed is very comfortable as is the sofa and recliner. The air cond. works well. The bathtubs are both in need of an update as they are really showing their age. The beach towels provided need replacing. There were no cleaning supplies in the unit other than a broom and dustpan and a vacuum with no attachments. There were no rags, mop, or dusters, so I guess we are expected to pay extra for a cleaner to come in. There were plenty of bathroom towels.
