Nani Kai Hale 307 has an open floor plan that features a modern galley style kitchen and a spacious living room decorated with a tropical flair and with a queen sofa bed and LARGE flat panel screen tv. Split AC system installed in living room and bedroom. There are two full bright and airy bathrooms- all updated and with granite counter tops. The bedroom is complete with a comfortable king size bed and flat panel screen tv. There is free wi-fi internet access. The lanai has a lovely ocean view and high end noise canceling slider doors. Relax and enjoy this piece of Maui paradise.


At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

Nani Kai Hale is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a shared oceanfront pool next to the grassy lawn space. This area also has an outdoor BBQ/kitchen common area and this space is well equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy. On each floor of the property, is a pay-to-use laundry room each with two washers and two dryers.

Great location, terrible bed

The location was delightful. The on-site building manager was wonderful. Listening to the waves, the beach, the pool, the utensils and dishes etc, wonderful. We stayed for 10 nights. Both my husband and I were so sore from the bed. It has massive lumps. I notified property management several days before we left, no response. The unit is a bit outdated and well used. They want you to keep excessive sand out and we rinsed off whenever returning from the beach but for a 10 night stay, in which we cooked and ate in the unit, we weren’t provided with a broom or dustpan. We also were told to take the trash out daily and weren’t given enough trash bags. The biggest issue was the bed. All in all, we love the location but for a longer stay, we recommend getting a comfortable bed.

Wonderful Beach, Great Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property description was accurate regarding location, layout and amenities. It was clean and in good shape. It was a great bonus to find beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella and a cooler were provided. Our only complaints are the metal lanai furniture was horribly uncomfortable and there were not enough wash/bath cloths provided. We loved Kihei and Sugar Beach!

Cochroaches - stay clear

Everything started okay but quickly discovered that the unit was infested by cochroaches. Manager offered to bring traps after the second email and 3 days. We couldnt stay. He did refund the days we werent there but still had to pay service fee and cleaning fee. Unacceptable as i i has to oay thar at the new place too. So disappointed.

We had trouble with the Living room TV which we reported and it was promptly replaced.Two items you may not be aware of: 1) The two recessed lights in the entry bathroom quit working and 2) the drapes in the living room are not fully attached to the hooks by the sliding door and the drapes in the bedroom are a little worn. (We left a note)Overal a very enjoyable time.

Awesome property, location and staff

It made for easy assess to multiple parts of the island including the docks and shores for diving. The home was well stocked. Perfect place

This was our second visit to Kihei but the first at this property. We, as grandparents rented a smaller place (though it was plenty big and had a great view) while our daughter and her family (2 small children) rented their own place down the hall. The property on the beach was ideal and one of the few with lounges and umbrellas. The pool was the perfect shady spot to cool off after a day at the beach. There were many easy walks for shave ice, the bakery, farmers market and abc store. It was all good. Our condo was fully stocked with everything we needed to explore other beaches (beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers and beach towels). There were laundry facilities on every floor (bring lots of quarters and soap) as well as easy access to trash disposal. Parking was easy and plentiful. It was kind of strange that we never checked in or out with an actual person. Everything was email. But there was a property manager around so I guess if we had issues we could have asked him?

It also close to Kihei where you can find anything you need. You are also a 5 minute drive to Tennis and Pickle Bal Courts. 307 had everything we needed to have a nice stay. The bed was firm just the way I like it.

Great price and location

This condo is a great price in a great location, located right on the beach!!! The property management company was so great, and even brought out a new chair when I found that the beach chair was broken! It’s a short drive to anywhere you want to go. Parking was great. The property was very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony was great! I would definitely stay here again!!!

It wasn’t the fanciest condo in the area but you certainly can’t beat the location. Love the ability to walk to the beach. I the kitchen with small and the air conditioning system was less than desirable, but adequate. For the price I would still rent this place again in the future.

Well-maintained property and caring host.

This condo is very well maintained. The host has the best kitchen facility we've seen. Location with beach view was gorgeous. Kihei was centrally located to all the major attractions on Maui.

PROS:Very convenient to get to the beach. The kitchen had all the pots / pans / cups / plates / utensils you could need and it was nice to have some other everyday items such as paper towels and cleaning supplies.No key to enter the property - just a code which made it very convenient to allow fellow travelers to enter our room to retrieve items as needed.CONS:The bed seemed cheap and was uncomfortable.It was a nice room with a good layout with an eye pleasing decor. Would be nice to have a more comfortable bed.
