Vista Mar Azul. 5StarsHome Mallorca Villa

Dear Jesper, you and your group were friendly, decent and pleasant guests. Our accommodation was well treated and the house rules were respected. Everything was left clean on departure. We can recommend you as participants. We would like to thank you for the stay and your trust. It was an honor to have you as guests. We look forward to welcome you on your next trip. All the best and see you soon. Sunny greetings 5StarsHome

Hi Tracy, Thanks for your stay and Feedback. The property is exactly as shown and described. Regarding the number of Ac...you knew that before and we checked them all and can confirm that they are working perfectly. The pool temperature in August is normal...impossible that the pool was cold because we had temperature over 40 degrees outside. In our add is clearly stated that Check-out has to be until 10h, so no surprise for you. We are flexible with our time schedule but unfortunately your departure day was a change over day and the time was needed for cleaning and so on...During your stay we had no comments or discomfort from your part...maybe for the next time when you book a villa it would be easier for all if you could communicate things because after departure there is no way to make things better for your stay. We can understand that you are a bit angry about the check-out time but it's not fair to give a 1 star feedback to a property and service which was completely in order and better...just to remember you.. your payment habits were also not particularly satisfying, but well we wish you all the Best for you and your family and hope you had a great time here in Majorca. Kind regards, Alex
