Spectacular Newly Remodeled in Pedregal, Amazing Panoramic Views

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. At Baja Sur Vacation Rentals it is our top priority to ensure our guests are happy and satisfied so we're always here to help. We were in communication a lot before your stay, but if we were notified on Day 1 of concerns we would have addressed everything right away. We only knew about the hot water issue the night before departure, which was fixed immediately, and we were never aware of other concerns until after departure. About the villa being dangerous, we have checked it thoroughly with maintenance and there is no danger. Villa Blanca was completely remodeled 2 years ago, so most everything is new. The hot tub works but has specific instructions to operate. The cap on the pool light was open a little but wires are sealed for pool standards so no danger or safety issues. Outlets are GFI, so overusing hair dryers will pop circuits for safety. It is our top priority that guests have the best experience and are safe and we will continue to work with the owner and house manager to ensure this villa is always up to our high standards.
