To know before booking:
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the following extra costs:
-Tourist tax: 1 € per person per day
-Cleaning and laundry costs ans sanitization anti covid : 110 €
-Heating, when necessary: 10 € per day
- late check-in (after 7 pm): 20 €
-Is required to pay a fee of deposit of € 200, paid locally and it will be refunded upon departure.

--The apartment will be sanitized and hygienically clean with alcohol and chlorine products as arranged by the DPCM, respecting the anti-COVID guidelines and protocols dictated by the state. In addition, every new arrival, will be carried out a CERTIFIED SANITIZATION with an ozone generator which inactivates the virus and basins to 99.9%. It naturally deodorizes and sanitizes all the rooms, surfaces, objects and fabrics present in the house--

Sunny Lodge is a very cosy apartment, located in San felice del Benaco, just 10 minutes walk from the beach and the port of Portese where you can access the boat service, that take you to all the resorts of Lake Garda and a 10-minute drive from Salò: a charming town with a wonderful lakeside where you can find restaurants, bars and shops.

The accommodation, accessible by the stairs, is composed as follows: entrance into the living room with sofa, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and large furnished terrace. It is characterized by a modern style and attention to detail. The apartment has a beautiful swimming pool, shared with 4 other units.

The apartment does have a parking space, but within walking distance has unattended public parking.

At guests' disposal: table with outdoor chairs and sun loungers.

The pool is available from 15 May to 15 September, the remaining months the pool is closed.

We provide for all our guests bed linen, including sheets,pillow cases, towels and free WI-FI.
