The Princesa Resort is a favorite with visitors to Rocky Point. Recently, the grounds have seen a number of upgrades that make it even more appealing. For example, the new swim up bar puts you right on the beach, ready to soak up the fun.

Located on the 5th floor, C 503 is a great 3 bedroom, privately owned condominium in the heart of the Princesa. It comfortably accomodates 6 adults, 2 children 12 and under, accepting a maximum of 8 people guests.

The roomy kitchen features white tile counter tops, and all standard appliances, big and small. Between the dining table and counter bar stools, there is seating for 9. The main living area is capped by a beautiful cupula. Here you will find large double sofas, and a wide screen TV. Adjacent is access to the patio. Views include the lush Princesa grounds, with sand and surf beyond!

Enjoy the master bedroom private suite, with it's own patio access, king bed, and marble shower/tub combination. Bedroom two is equally nice, with a Queen sized bed. A very practical feature of C503 is the 3rd bedroom that pairs a Queen bed with bunk beds, for additional sleeping options. Each bedroom includes it's own TV and DVD player as well.

Turning to the Resort itself, the Princesa brings together a lot of what vistors look for in a Rocky Point getaway location. Behind it's gated walls, Princesa boasts 24 hour security. You will find details like BBQ grilling areas, a Bocce ball court, convenience store, and a Spa.

There are 3 renovated pools and a jacuzzi, along with Colin's Cantina, arguably on the town's most popular, all around bistros. The Resort fronts onto the beach with a volley ball court and shade palapas. Right on the beach you will find vendors offering delightful mangoes with lime and chili (you have to try it!), massage tables, jet ski rentals and more. The large, wide open beach is a pleasure to walk. The waves are just a short way from your condo at C503.
