SOUTH SIDE IS DIRECTLY OVER POOL DECK, IF YOU ARE TOO LOW OF A FLOOR YOU WILL HEAR THE CHILDREN AND POOL ACTION. IF YOU ARE TOO HIGH YOU LOSE ALL SENSE OF THE BEACH AND SURROUNDING AREAS.
18TH FLOOR ALLOWS YOU TO REALLY FEEL LIKE YOUR ON THE BEACH, YOU CAN SEE YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY FROM THE UNIT, IF YOUR WAY UP YOU CANT SEE OR FEEL THE WONDERFUL BEACH ENVIRONMENT...

The daily $40 resort fee + tax will be collected at the front desk during check in, this fee is not included in our posted rate and is collected for all units regardless of how you book...this fee covers all the onsite amenities including 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 2 beach towels, 9th floor pool deck, sun up to sun down chaise lounges, 24hr fitness center, high speed wireless internet, full access to press reader app, local and toll free calls.

An early check-in fee will apply. from 1 to 4 hours will be $75. From 5 to 8 hours will be $100 Please note that early check in or check out has to be approved within 24 hours since we offer instant booking on all advertising plataforms. However, this request is not guaranteed, especially in high season, therefore, we recommend to book the night before for early morning arrivals.

A Late check-out fee will be apply the same fees as check in up to $100. in addition the HOA at front desk will apply a mandatory $40 extra for late check out.
We offer only 1 hour complimentary check-in or check-out only if the unit is available and upon request.

In fact I asked the front desk about how the busy the building is, an he replied, " #7's are always full, wish the entire building was All #7's... When you book with us, you are guaranteed a #7 on the 18th or 27th floor....
