* Concierge: 24-hour personal concierge service and room service for your convenience.

* Restaurants: Three fantastic dining options, including the renowned Terrazas, offering fresh seafood and citrus-infused dishes on a seasonal menu. (Paid separately.)

* Bar: A full-service bar with refreshing drink specials. (Paid separately.)

* Spa: Full-service spa with steam and sauna rooms to help you unwind. (Paid separately.)

* Beach Access: Beach service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella, located just 5 minutes from the resort (included in the resort fee and not directly in front of the building).


Check-In Requirements:

* Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to check in.

*You will check in with the hotel receptionist. Three days prior to your arrival, you’ll receive all information how to access the property.

* Resort Fees: Upon check-in, you will be asked to pay the resort fees directly to the resort. Please note, fees provided below are subject to change without prior notice:
- Resort Fee: $40 + tax per night, per unit.*
- A $250 security deposit will be placed on hold by the resort.**

* Valet Parking: $35 + tax per night. EV charging available on-site.

* Please note: The resort manages these rates, and they may update them without immediate reflection on our listing.

* Beach Access: The resort fee includes two beach chairs and one umbrella, available on a first-come, first-served basis. They cannot be reserved in advance. During high season, we recommend arriving early, as beach amenities are limited.

** Credit card and ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. Hotel front desk will place a hold of $250 on your credit card at the time of check in. Security deposit will be released immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on the bank.

* Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib
A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

* Extended Stays: For stays longer than 30 days, please contact the resort for updated rates, fees, and amenities.

* Housekeeping: Optional housekeeping services are available for $165.00 per cleaning. Please contact us with your preferred date and time, and we’ll arrange the service through our third-party cleaning company.

Optional Add-Ons: Set of Towels – $25, Linen Package – $35, Basic Toiletries – $20, Essentials Pack – $35 (includes toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher liquid, and detergent). Contact us to arrange.

* Early check-in is not guaranteed, but we always try to accommodate when the schedule allows. If available, an $100 fee applies, and access will be provided as soon as the unit is ready.

* Late Check-Out: A $100 fee for a 2-hour late check-out, subject to availability. This must be confirmed with a Stay Today representative at least one day before your scheduled check-out.

* Beach Towels: Provided by the Resort Beach Service, beach towels are only to be used on the beach.

* Wrist Bands: All guests are required to wear wristbands provided by the resort while using the amenities.

* Package Fee:
Need to receive a package during your stay? No problem! Our Package Service makes it easy and convenient - just bring a valid ID to claim your delivery.

Package Pickup Hours & Fees:
* 8 AM - 4 PM (Mon–Sun): $5.50 (includes 7% tax & 3% service fee)
* After Hours: $27.50 (includes 7% tax & 3% service fee)

Additional Notes:

* Bugs & Critters: We regularly spray the property to prevent bugs and insects. However, as Florida is a sub-tropical climate, please keep doors closed to avoid critters entering the unit.

* Please Keep Doors & Windows Close
To maintain A/C performance and prevent humidity damage, please keep windows and doors shut.

* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, as well as on balconies, backyards, or front yards. Violations of this policy will result in a $500 penalty. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.

Important Reminder: The unit is fully equipped for short-term stays, but we encourage you to visit nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas for any additional items you may need.
