Regarding the furniture and decor, we strive to maintain a high standard; however, some items like rugs are occasionally removed to ensure the highest level of hygiene for our guests. While we provide a starter kit of essentials—such as paper towels and soaps—to get our guests settled, our policy for longer stays is that guests supplement these as needed, as we do not provide daily hotel-style replenishment. We appreciate your patience while we coordinated the maintenance for the bed and the mid-stay cleaning during your visit. We value your input as it helps us continue to improve our service.

Hello Tim, Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry that the delay in your check-in interfered with your family’s dinner and your walking tour. We know how much those first moments of a vacation matter, and it genuinely hurts us to know your night didn't start the way it should have. As we shared at the time, we were faced with a very difficult and rare situation where the previous guests refused to leave the penthouse. This forced us to involve resort security just to gain access to the unit. While this was entirely out of our hands, our priority was to make sure that once you did enter, the unit was in the pristine, safe, and disinfected condition you deserved. We simply won't cut corners on cleanliness, even when under pressure. Regarding your request for compensation, we apologize if you felt our response was focused elsewhere. Our goal is always to provide a 5-star experience, and when a situation beyond our control prevents that, we take it very seriously. We have already tightened our protocols with building management to ensure that an occurrence like this remains a one-time event. We truly appreciate your patience and for choosing to stay with us despite the rocky start. We would love the chance to host you again and show you the seamless stay we are known for.
