Our newly updated vacation home is located right on the beach on South Padre Island. You can relax and have a panoramic view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, living room and the balcony. The condo has a pool right on the beach. There are plenty of chairs for lying out in the sun. There are only 14 units in this building, so you are sharing this area with only a few others.

Living Room is spacious and very comfortable. Just right for reading, relaxing, television or just watching the ocean.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities. Plus we have also supplied a George Foreman grill for your grilling pleasure. The kitchen is an open concept and opens into the dining and living room. Kitchen features Culligan water filtration system.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, television, large closet, and chest of drawers. There is a large balcony off the Master Bedroom that over looks beach, great for early morning coffee or to watch sunrise.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, and chest of drawers. Each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom.

Additional sleeping space is provided in the living room. We have an air mattress.

There is a washer and dryer conveniently located inside the condo.
