Great location! Clean with parking and elevator a plus!

Beautiful and spacious rooms. Since elderly parents were with us this year, having an elevator was a huge plus since my mom canā€™t do steps. Going to the beach and boardwalk was very easyā€”one short block! The owners are extremely very nice and responded instantly to our needs. Highly recommend this property! We all had a great time!

Great location and clean

Prime location to boardwalk attractions, restaurants, and beach- we walked almost everywhere. The elevator was a huge bonus as there was no need to carry luggage up a ton of stairs like most beach homes require. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. Professionally cleaned bedding and towels was great since it meant less to pack. We hope to return.

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Something easily walkable to the beach and the boardwalk. We hardly used our cars the whole week. The elevator made loading and unloading very easy, a benefit I did not even think of. The rooms were good size and the table and living room were comfortable for our group of 10.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

We walked in and were amazed by the beautiful beach house! The rooms were perfect for our extended family! That master bedroom was a dream! The beds were so comfortable my son-in-law went home and ordered one! The walk from the house was easy and convenient! The beach was beautiful and youā€™re near the music pier for bathroom breaks! Everything about our our stay was perfect! Clean! We loved that the bulky items like sheets and towels were provided so we didnā€™t have to pack them! Thank you for allowing us to make memories in your beautiful beach house!

Overall very nice unit. Good beach location.

Thermostat not user friendly. No instructions . Got hot especially upstairs when temp outside went into 90"s. Even hotter during the night. Garbage cans not big enough for no. Of people in unit and last tenants Garbage filled several cans so we didnt have enough space for ours in our 3 day visit.

Great location, beautifully decorated and well equipt.

Great house. Our large family stayed for two weeks and it was lovely. We have several kids and they really enjoyed being so close to the beach and boardwalk that they were able to go on there own since there were no streets to cross. Plenty of space in the dining/ living room for us all to hang out. The kitchen was a little on the small side but there was everything you might need and it was very clean and easy to navigate. The parking is a little tricky and if you are going to fit three cars the third car needs to be a very small one. Beach chairs that are provided are more like camping chairs. The owners were VERY responsive and any question or issue we had was immediately answered and dealt with. If you are looking for a comfortable, newer house with A+ amenities with a perfect location this place is for you. Our very large family could use a 6th bedroom so not sure we will rent again but the only reason is our growing family, we had a truly fantastic vacation!

Unit has a permanent tenant with young children on 1ST floor. YOU ARE SHARING THE RENTAL.. Property shows much larger than actual size. Does not sleep 16 adults-8 adult beds, 3 children's & pull out chair & couch beds. Bunk beds shake, unsafe for use. Trundle mattress filthy with urine & sweat stains. Carpet filthy in bedrooms & elevator. Elevator unsafe. Expected us to check electrical box WHEN IT DIDN'T WORK. Owner addressed problem to resolve-cost us 5 hours of use. Paid $500 for linen service. Emailed owner prior to reservation when party went from 8 to 10 to increase linens. Did not have enough towels for 8 guests. Cleaning service was knocking at our door at 8AM to enter. Check out was 10AM. Owner did address elevator not functioning which is why he is rated 1 star.

Great Place!

The listing is very acurate. The owners are extremely responsive. The light bulb was out in the elevator and it was fixed with in an hour. Faster than we expected! The home was clean and comfortable. All beds and furniture were comfortable. The location makes it easy to walk to the beach or restuarants and stores. We rented again before we finished this rental!

What a pleasure to stay in this beautiful house! The owners were so attentive and responsive to questions before our arrival. Great Location to Beach & Boardwalk

Our family of 5 + 2 toddlers enjoyed our stay at Kim and Steve's beach home. Location is great, a short walking distance to downtown shopping, 1/2 block to the boardwalk and beach! Property was clean and recently upgraded with an abundance of amenities which also includes an elevator! Extremely helpful for me along with those who no longer can go up and down steps. Kim was great in staying in touch, never felt we were along. I would recommend this property to everyone who's looking for comfortable stay and a short walk to the beach!

Exceptional vacation home!

The home was everything promised, comfortable and with room enough for a dozen + of our family. The dining table was able to seat everyone comfortably for meals and game nights. The elevator made all the difference for the oldest members of our family, the junior master suite on the main (2nd) floor with its private balcony and on-suite bathroom helped tremendously with the flow in the main bathroom on the main floor, and the master suite on the 3rd floor, with its on-suite bathroom, walk in closet and private balcony were amazing...couldn't be better. In addition, the roomy additional bathroom on the ground garage level, next to the elevator access, allowed us to leave the beach sand behind before heading upstairs. One thing we all appreciated was that bed sheets, bath towels, beach towels, beach tags, beach chairs and beach buggies were provided - we didn't have to bring them! And the washer/dryer allowed us to launder things as needed during our week. Finally, the communication from the owners during our stay to make sure everything was going well was first class...obviously caring professional owners! We loved our stay!

Delightful Mother's Day

The owners were very responsive to any questions or requests. The home was well suited for a family gathering. Most of the time was spent indoors due to high winds and torrential rain! Proximity to boardwalk was great! My husband has some health issues so the elevator was a major plus for us. Would love to stay here again!

Great House Overall

We had a very enjoyable stay with a couple hiccups. We were expecting the patios to be furnished as was described in the ad and the welcome packet. We were sharing the house with another family, so my husband and I were looking forward to having a drink on our private balcony after the kids went to bed. It was part of the reason we booked the property and part of how we justified spending so much on a vacation home. When we arrived, we found the furniture in the garage and the patios empty. We inquired with the owner, and were told that they don't put the furniture out until May. This was incredibly disappointing given that we were led to believe it would be out, and at the price point, would have been nice to fully enjoy the house as we planned. The hosts were very gracious and responsive, but it still sticks as a point of disappointment. Also, unfortunately the provided beach carts were broken. There were ample beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys for use, which was such a help! Unfortunately, the provided beach carts were broken. 1 was missing a wheel and the other didn't open fully. I am sure this will all get ironed out as they move closer to peak season. Overall though, it was a beautiful house with ample space for both families (with a combined 9 kiddos)! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies (pots, pans, crock pot, electric griddle, etc.). There were lots of games for all age levels (Scrabble, Candyland, Chutes and Ladders, Chess, Battleship, and more). It really was a huge help to have beach towels, chairs, and toys available and not have to pack those things! Also, for anyone with a baby, the closet in the upstairs master bedroom is massive and has plenty of space for a pack and play and to give the baby a private sleep area. The house is also ideally situated just a few mins walk from the beach. Overall, a great experience other than the patio furniture situation.

Would Definitely Stay Here Again

The unit is in a great location with a short walk to the heart of the boardwalk / beach as well as to downtown OCNJ. The inside of the property is recently updated and was very clean. The dining / living area is a great space and where we spent most of our time. Having cable TV in every room was a nice touch for the kids to get away. The garage is a very nice size and can easily accommodate 2 cars. The property manager was an absolute pleasure to work with. We look forward to staying at their property again in the future!

Lovely Property; Great Location

Our family enjoyed our stay in this property. We couldn't have been more comfortable - plenty of sleeping rooms and bathrooms. A dining room table that easily seated the ten of us comfortably for Thanksgiving dinner. The two-car garage and the elevator are conveniences not to be found in most shore rentals. And I can't say enough about the cooperation and service from the hosts; they are really awesome!

We grew up going to "the Jersey" beaches and have loved taking Lexa there each summer to enjoy the amazing benefits of Ocean City. When we were looking to invest in a beach home, we searched for the perfect location that would be the most convenient, most beautiful and very kid-friendly. I designed the home with an unbelievable modern take on beach elegance! We love that you don't have to cross any streets with your children to get to the boardwalk and/or beach. We also love that there are 3 fully furnished balconies for your pleasure and an ELEVATOR!!

When thinking about the many vacations we've taken with our family, we wanted to offer the most stress-free, convenient vacation to our guests. Though most homes do not offer linen service, we provide fresh bedding/linens for all beds in the home as well as sheets and blankets to be used, if needed, for the queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a chair with a twin pullout in the top level loft area.. We also provide towels for all bathrooms for the week, 12 beach towels and 12 beach tags for your convenience. We want you to relax and pack the necessities: snacks, bathing suits and yourselves!
