Beach Block In OCNJ between 7th & 8th St! w/elevator - 5 Bd/4 Bath, Sleeps 16

Thanks for the great feedback! In addition to the 8 sitting chairs that we provide, we have now ordered 4 additional beach chairs that are lower and can accommodate guests that prefer both seating styles.

We pride ourselves on providing a 5 star experience for all guests. In fact, this was our 100th review (94 x 5 stars, 5 x 4 stars and then this surprise). Unfortunately, this guest never told us about any of the issues mentioned here other than the elevator which was fixed on the same day. Let me address each issue called out as many are not factual. 1) There is not a permanent tenant on the bottom unit condo. The owners rent short term as do most properties in OCNJ and because this unit is the top 2 floors w/ private entrance, the noise levels have NEVER been a concern. 2) This is a 5 bedroom and as described does sleep up to 16 people w/ the configuration which is accurately listed on the site. 3) As far as the bunk beds shaking, we could have had our handyman fix this immedately during your stay with one simple text. We will have him take a look asap! 4) Our cleaning crew gets stellar ratings from most of our guests so we will definitely investigate your concerns which we would have taken care of immediately if you notified us. 5) In fact, all of our mattresses have waterproof covers so impossible for the mattresses themselves to be dirty. 6) Carpets are only a few years old and we have them shampooed every season - we have never received a complaint about this but again, you should have notified us as we are available 24x7 and address all concerns immediately. 7) This guest and all guests only pay $295 which includes both cleaning & full-linen service so the $500 claim is inaccurate. This is actually a great deal if you price out linens for a 5 bed/4bath it will exceed this amount by a lot. 8) We provide 4 bath towels and 4 hand towels per bathroom for each of the 4 bathrooms. Plus full linens on all beds and even beach towels. This information is included in our welcome book and if you did not get enough linens, we would have remediated it immediately if you would have notified us.
