July and August: The OCNJ Boardwalk Trolley route goes right passed our property. The Boardwalk Trolley runs every 15 minutes from 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. Driver stops at every corner on the route (23rd street).

NO Senior Week Groups. Our home is Smoke Free and we don’t allow pets. All rentals are by the week (no weekend rentals during season) from Saturday to Saturday. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new, and very modern beach house. The handicap friendly features (elevator, safety grab rails throughout, NO STEPS IN UNIT, shower seat in master and cabana bath, etc) are wonderful for the grandparents or special needs!!! We provide pillows and blankets only. Please remember to bring bath/beach towels and sheets.
