The best beach house

We had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and super awesome. The owners are really nice. The view from the deck is the best ever. It was such a relaxing place. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. The place is very big and there is plenty of room to spread out. Very comfortable beds. It is pet friendly but you sure can't see any evidence that pets had been there. Our dogs loved being with us. You won't find a better place to stay anywhere in Ocean City.

It really is a Million Dollar View!

Absolutely the best place to stay in Ocean City. The view is amazing. The evening breeze while on the deck was so relaxing. The beach access was so easy! Perfect for when you needed a break! Keith provided all the information you needed for your stay! I highly recommend renting this property. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely perfect location on the boardwalk. Away from the main crowds, but a short walk. Perfect for a quick winter getaway as well!

Perfect Winter Family Getaway!

We loved our weekend here. Hubbies 50th Birthday. We had ample room for everyone including our Furbabies! 3 Bathrooms - means no waiting. Soo many seating areas and a Huge Kitchen. The deck, the view was a showstopper. Just beautiful. We definitely plan to make this an annual occurrence.

Perfect location to enjoy the ocean. This condo is extremely convenient from every point of view. Elevator excellent for elderly guests. Parking is configured for several vehicles. The furniture is comfortable and the bedrooms are of excellent sizes. Bicycles are available. Our group of eight people had a wonderful time. Incidentally there are no stairs in the interior of the living area.

We had another wonderful week at the rental on the boardwalk.

The facility has all the amenities that we need to enjoy Ocean City. Being located on the boardwalk allows us to sit on the covered porch and enjoy a superb view of the beach and ocean. We walk the boardwalk every day. The elevator makes moving in and out a breeze. The ability to park two cars in the garage makes parking availability a non issue. With the five bedrooms we are able to spent a week with our entire family. This is our fourth year of renting from Keith and we look forward to many more. Bob & Debbie

Beautiful beachfront house close to everything

We had a great family vacation, and even took our mini Goldendoodle along for the week. The house had everything we needed, and offstreet parking along with a place to store our bikes and beach gear was a real plus.

We spent another great week at 1700 Boardwalk.

This was our first rental in May and we have already made arrangements to book a week in May next year. In the meantime we are looking forward to our stay in September.

Making This An Annual Family Get-A-Away

What a wonderful place!! The pictures do not do it justice!! I have stayed on quite a few rental homes and could not get over all the extra amenities (e.g., appliances, pots/pans, utensils, blankets, pillows) to make one's stay that much more enjoyable. The view is magnificent - enjoyed drinking my coffee on the deck and watching the ocean-the start to a perfect day!! Looking forward to our next stay!! The owner was very nice to deal with and very responsive!! Another plus for us was that we were able to. Bring our pet who is a member of the family!! October 2016

The prefect get away!

The house was everything we hoped for. Comfortable, well appointed and magnificent views of the ocean. Rain or shine you will enjoy your vacation! There is plenty of space to spread out so you can gather by the fireplace or have some alone time. Our mid-winter get away was totally wonderful. We love Ocean City and now we love this house!

Awesome House!

This was our second winter weekend get away in this house. We come from 3 states to meet for a friends weekend and had a fabulous time! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and the location is perfect. The view is unbeatable! We will definitely come again!

Wonderful location and layout!

Our stay here was wonderful. The elevator made unloading much easier. Spent a lot of time on the porch, visiting and enjoying the fantastic view. Both the dining area and living room were also great spaces to gather with comfy seating for all. The kitchen had every cooking utensil and appliance you could think of. The only negative was that the place could have used some sprucing up. That didn't detract from a great week though. We definitely hope to rent here again.

This home is top notch. The view, the comforts of home while away from home. Doesn't get much better than this. The view from the deck was wonderful. Sat their each morning drinking my coffee watch the runners and bikes go by. Who cares that it was Nov, the weather was perfect. And I hated to leave the deck. Thanks again for sharing you home with us. Hope to rent this home again, soon.

Your home is amazing, that's for renting it to us. We had an great time. The home is beautiful, beds are so comfortable (can't say that about too many rentals) and the view is spectacular. Enjoyed sitting on the porch for my morning coffee, who cares that it was Nov. The weather was perfect. Hope to stay here again for another girls weekend. Maybe I'll bring the family here in the summer. The kids would love all the perks this house has to offer. Thanks again!

Beautiful home but just a bit neglected

My husband, myself and young son (our dogs, too) stayed at this home in September 2011. The owner was very easy to deal with and answered all of my questions, no matter how minor they were, without hesitation. This home is in a perfect location to just walk out on the boardwalk and beach. The only issue we had was the home was in need of some repair; i.e., the couch had a huge gaping hole in the side, the shower in the master bedroom did not work properly, cabinet door falling off in kitchen. A fresh coat of paint would have been nice to see. These seem like minor things that could and should have been corrected in such a special home. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and hope to rent it again one day.

EXCELLENT

My family stayed here in 2008 and are planning another trip next summer. Fourteen of us, seniors to toddlers, and there was plenty of space! This condo was CLEAN, super comfortable, RELAXING and beachy decor, and every amenity at our fingertips - even a welcome gift! Communication between us and the owners was fantastic - always returned our inquiries within a day (and we had ALOT, thanks Keith:) The owner greeted us upon our arrival and provided us a number to call with any problems/concerns - which of course, we never needed! The property location is safe and family oriented. The older children were able to run from the beach to the house for lunch/breaks and back, without being out of eyesight. The gazebo on the boardwalk was perfect for family members that can't take the sun like they used to, yet still be with the family at the beach. We spent a majority of our time at the beach and on the spacious deck enjoying the incredible view! We were blessed with great weather (sweatshirts at night, even in July) and the moon over the ocean was spectacular. We even had our dog to make it a full "family vacation" and being that we've stayed in other "pet friendly" condos, this was by far the cleanest and up-kept place. You would never even know it was "pet friendly" - no pet smell or hair to be found. Elevator was great for the aging knees! My only suggestion would be for the other fabulous renters that love this place as much as we do - lets continue to keep this place in as perfect condition as it is so we can all enjoy many more vacations at 1700 Boardwalk! Looking forward to returning!

Dream haven is Right On!

We stayed in this home for a week during the summer of 2009 and there were 2 adults, 2 teens, and a few visitors here and there. The house was spotless and all the amenities were as described. It was a great location and the kids had fun hanging out with their friends in the spacious living area and outside balcony/deck. The elevator was a huge help getting all of our supplies and luggage upstairs. The owners were more than accomodating and friendly and answered all of my questions about what was included in the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Home Sweet Home

I love this place....they make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Everything is at your fingertips.....they have thought of everything. We have stayed multiple times in the off season, and are counting the days till our next visit. The pictures don't do it justice. It is truly a bit of heaven!
