Palatial Suite didnā€™t disappoint

We enjoyed the location of the apartment, very close (4 minute walk) to the center of Lucca. Building is gorgeous and grand. Apartment has an elevator. We would definitely repeat.

Lovely with peculiarities

Itā€™s an intimate apartment for two in an elegant building, smaller than the posting suggests. Staff were great to accommodate our need for an extra night. The first key to the front door didnā€™t work so we couldnā€™t leave until key was replaced on day two. We struggled to get electric appliances to work but Manuel was quite helpful when he was available. We had a lovely time but some things seemed peculiar.

The description of the apartment is very accurate. It is very small but has all you need. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen adequate for us as we ate all meals out - several bars/cafes nearby for food/drink. Nice size bathroom with good size shower with good water pressure. Elevator to deal with luggage but other times we were encouraged to use stairs. Internet weak but adequate- my husband had several international business calls (zoom)that went ok. We were thrilled with the location and the street was quiet. The recommended parking garage was very close by. This is our 6th time in Lucca. With only a 3 day stay our options were limited as for obvious reasons places are booked by the week. We would stay here again because of the location, proximity to safe underground parking, and the attentiveness of the rental agent.

Ein Traum mitten in Lucca! Alleine der Weg durchs Treppenhaus hat mehr Flair als einige italienische Kathedralen, die ordentlich Eintritt verlangen. Stella war die perfekte Ansprechpartnerin! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ho soggiornato per 3 notti in Lucca Apartments e devo dire che ĆØ stato tutto molto perfetto. Stella al nostro arrivo ci ha fornito tante indicazioni per come muoverci nella cittĆ , dove poter mangiare bene etc.., aggiungo anche che ĆØ stata sempre tempestiva nel rispondere alle richieste fatte. La casa si trova a 2 minuti ( a piedi) dal centro, quindi molto comoda. I parcheggi non a pagamento rimangono fuori dalle mura quindi circa 15 minuti a piedi. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, anche la pulizia eccezionale.
