A little Gem!!

Wonderful place by the beach! A little outside the main town of St Teresa which is good! Some restaurants at walking distance and the town center a short drive away!The staff is amazing! Lucy the Concierge for the rental is simply amazing and always helpful night and day!If you want to enjoy a perfect place, this is it!!

Beautiful ocean, relaxing atmosphere with wildlife all around

The pictures of this gorgeous compound give only a hint of how great our experience was. We didn’t have to go anywhere to see what Costa Rica offers. Had a few delicious meals at Flor Blanca’s restaurant which is a quick walk on the beach, but mostly we took advantage of the well supplied kitchens for meals. It was truly a treat to stay here.

Feb 15-23, 2025. Family of adults parents, adult brother/sister and their partners

Superb time. Photos were spot on and in some cases did not do justice. Lucy was great on communication throughout.. Three very separate sleeping units with separate washrooms- was great for creating some separation. Outdoor space was terrrific and we spent most of our time hanging there and beside the pool. Jose, Julia, Francisco were main daily onsite contacts and were wonderful throughout the stay. Daily clean up, fresh towels, and attention to details accented the experience. Access to beach was immediate. Location was close enough to main drag into Santa T, but far enough to avoid traffic and noise. We were very impressed with it all. Was most chill vacation we have ever had. Place is amazing.

amazing staff and location

Lucy and the staff are just so amazing. The house is perfect. The open-air kitchen and living room are perfect. Every little thing you are worried about do not worry because Lucy has thought of it and has already handled it. We cannot wait to return

Amazing stay!

A mixed outdoor/indoor stylish living on the beach. The rooms are all well air-conditioned, modern, comfortable beds with large sliding doors. They are beautifully and aesthetically placed around a 24/7 guarded property leading to an incredibly charming open-air contemporary kitchen and lounge area, all wonderfully placed around the infinity pool. We were easily able to make a short beach walk to our surf breaks, yoga studios and several great restaurants on the beach both more refined and relaxed. We had a daily cleaning service, Julia, who did a wonderful job tidying up and providing new towels when needed and, and doing any laundry that you may need. Lucy, the property manager, was very professional, often quickly responding to any questions. She also performed a concierge-like service with providing information as well booking any local activities.

Family Vacation

This place was as advertised. Concierge was super helpful with arranging for anything we needed. Dany the chef created a wonderful experience for us. Pool is perfect and beach is steps away. Loved it!

Late June Family Trip

The wildlife was all around! The staff was amazing! The house is beautiful. We went on so many adventures with the family and Lucy was not only managing the house, but she also set up all of our excursions and they were fantastic. All her referrals were amazing! Pura Vida!

Amazing Place & Hospitality

The stay at this place was hands down one of the nicest places I've stayed. Perfect villas and outdoor area. The house manager and staff were absolutely wonderful with EVERYTHING!!!! I highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous Property, Unbeatable Location

The house, location, and staff were top notch. The master suite was spectacular. Lucy was beyond accommodating, readily available, and provided fabulous food recommendations! Pleasantly surprised that lots of great eats can be delivered right to your door! And you can walk to some of the best spots in town. Right up the beach is a fantastic hotel with great food/yoga/pilates and more! You can also walk to the surf break and the area of the property leading to the beach is gorgeous. Unfortunately we had some of the worst weather imaginable so couldn't experience the area to the fullest, but the beautiful property made it enjoyable nonetheless! Thanks for everything!

Excellent property Right on a quiet part of a spectacular beach

This is a fantastic property. It is secluded and is right on the beach with its own beach area with table hammocks etc. Very modern and well kitted out. Pool was clean and a good size. The property is located on the outskirts of Santa Teresa and a taxi is generally required which is organised by the property rep. That was the only gripe we had that it costs about $20 each way. For such a short distance it felt too much and a bit of a rip off. However don’t be put off by that just figure into your budget. There are 4 staff who tend this property. Security person overnight, who also ensures the critters such as racoons stay clear. The property rep deals with whatever you need locally, the Wester tends the gardens and around during the day, and Julia the cleaning and bedrooms. They were all brilliant. A word about the wildlife. Monkeys pass by frequently and you hear them. Lots of birds and iguanas, and the racoons do visit so don’t leave food around. The sea is very rough at the property so be careful. It is quiet but that makes it special. Santa Teresa is a surfing village and has an untarmac’d dusty road. Good restaurants and not developed. We went fishing arranged by Lucy, and was $320 for 4 hours with a boat for 6 all to ourselves. This property was worth every £ $ or whatever currency you earn your living with.

Like a dream!

From the moment we stepped on the property we fell in love. The home and pool were perfect and just steps from the beach. Between the house and the beach there’s an outdoor space with a beach breeze that’s shaded by trees. This is the perfect spot to relax in the hammocks, take a yoga class, or simply watch the (very well behaved) monkeys that visit daily. We also explored the tide pools in front of the house and took a short walk down the beach to Florblanca and Rocamar! Above all, the house staff was nothing short of amazing. Lucy helped us coordinate so many activities and Wester, Julia, Francisco, Olman, and Sara were so much fun to see and chat with every day. We will be back!

Awesome property

An incredible property for a family vacation. My wife and had visited Santa Teresa several years ago and decide to bring our 3 boys (16, 14, 11). The home itself was perfect both in design and location. Direct access to the beach and just far enough away from main st Santa Teresa to feel very private. Management was spot on. Always checking but not overly intrusive. There was a grounds person at the property 24 hours and daily cleaning service. Thanks for a memorable family vacation. Hope to be back soon!

A perfect week at the beach

Every detail of our experience was perfect. The house was stunning and lended to both fun and relaxation for our whole group. The location right on the beach allowed us to spend mornings, afternoons, and sunsets exploring and enjoying the beauty of the best spot in Santa Teresa. Each staff member added to our trip in special ways, anticipating our needs and making every detail easy and nice. We have deep gratitude for a phenomenal rental and all you did, friends, to exceed our hopes for a week of family fun and restoration. Thank you for everything!

literally on the beach, this place is pretty amazing

We very much enjoyed our stay, initially worried about the outdoor kitchen, but turned out to be nice. There is not a useable laundry as noted, but they will do your laundry for you for $10 per load. The communication with owner and manager is excellent and they are extremely knowledgable and nice. The house manager(s) were beyond responsive and sometimes answered questions so quickly it was like they were sitting there waiting for our question. They arranged a few trips and rides which were great. This is a cool place and I would stay again.
