Ski in and ski out in this wonderful Heavenly luxury three bedroom and 2 bath

You will be three hundred yards from the Heavenly tram. You can practically ride to the top of the slopes and ski right into your home. When you get back you can sit and relax in the back to nature hot tub.
Inside this chalet you will enjoy two living areas and have plenty of entertainment. The bright living space has room for eight guests to relax around the wood burning fireplace with a thirty- six inch flat screen TV. There is room for up to eight guests to sit down in the spacious dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped prepare a hardy meal after a day on the slopes or exploring Lake Tahoe. Dishwasher, microwave and standard refrigerator. Take in a peek-a- boo view of the Lake Tahoe from deck from the back of the house which also includes a hot tub. In the lower lever of the chalet includes a second living area with forty eight inch flat screen and a dart board with a ping pong table in the adjacent garage. Other activities to enjoy are a horse shoe pit and a camp fire setting to enjoy roasting roasting marshmallows.
This chalet can sleep anywhere from 2 to 10 guests. Master bedroom has a king size bed with a rustic on suite bathroom. The second comes with a queen size bed and the third bedroom comes with one queen size and one full bed. Two futon are also included in the the downstairs living area.

Great home in the woods

The location of this home is wonderful. A short walk to the Heavenly lifts (though you may still want to drive it), and it's nestled into a very woodsy neighborhood with just a peek at the lake off in the distance. Overall, the rooms are nice, and for 5 or 6 people it's a great getaway spot. We did have some small disappointments along the way: • The jets on the hot tub weren't functioning, so we opted out of using it at all. The owner was great at keeping us in the loop as fixes were attempted. • We had some snow the day we got in, and it wasn't removed... which made things a little tricky. The driveway angles down to the garage, so the car had some issues with slipping and sliding. And the snow on the roof melted and refroze on the steps with just under an inch of uneven ice. (To be fair, we did not tell the owner about this issue.) • The outlet plates in the bedrooms are oversized and not ideal for plugging in and charging our tech. A small thing, for sure, but definitely inconvenient. Other than those minor things, however, it was a very solid place to stay in an extremely cool area. And we'd book again, too!

Great location!

House is in a great location! We were there for SnowGlobe 2018. House is conveniently located near all South Lake Tahoe services and Heavenly Ski Resort. House had everything we needed and everyone especially appreciated the hot tub during the cold spell. Host had great follow up and was easy to contact.

Heavenly Ski Trip

Very nice home, stocked well. The hot tub came in very useful and there were plenty of towels to accommodate all of the guests. We utilized the kitchen and outside grill in lieu of eating out, there were plenty of dishes and cookware which helped make things easier. The home looked very clean with only one issue with a dead mouse found in the sink which is understandable in this location. From a safety standpoint the only issue was the kitchen table which has a loose leg, this should be addressed especially if renting to families with small children.

Homey, and extremely convenience. Perfect mountain get away destination.

The owner is super helpful and accommodating. Was able to fit 10 people very easily and there was still more sleeping areas. The view from the backyard is amazing and filled with nature and wildlife. This cabin walking distance to the California side gondola which made planning ski trips much easier. Overall this cabin is a great fit for anyone who enjoys the mountains.

Good location, needs improvement on maintenance and cleanliness

House is very well located, only three blocks away from the entrance of Heavenly which is a positive. It also has three comfortable rooms with a basement in case you have more guests staying over. It would be better if it had three bathrooms or at least two and half, but we knew that before we rented the property. Unfortunately we had a bad experience because the property was not properly cleaned before we occupied it. Not only we had to clean the bathrooms and kitchen, but we also had to wash all towels before using them. Also, the BBQ was broken and not usable. We brought all these issues to the attention of the owner who apologized and credited the cleaning fee.

This cleaning issue was definitely a one time occurrence. We have never had this issue before and I credited the cleaning fee because I never want a guest to be unhappy.

Great mountain cabin with a ton of entertainment available.

It was a great weekend. The house had everything we needed and kept us entertained. There are lots of games to play from horse shoes to ping pong to relaxing in the hot tub. The big dining room table easily accommodated all of us. Awesome food and huge beers are just a short walk up the road. Definitely want to come back and stay in the winter.

Great summer or winter

I have stayed here summer and winter several times. The location is perfect for skiing - a block from the Heavenly lift and a short drive to other local ski areas. There are several great beaches in the summer where you can picnic, rent paddle boards, etc. or purchase food. Jameson Beach at Camp Richardson and Zephyr Cove are great for kids. The house is very comfortable. I like the split level. The kids can be down stairs playing games or watching tv and the adults can be up stairs enjoying the sunset on the patio. And there is nothing like a dip in the hot tub with the stars twinkling overhead. Great in summer or winter!

Beautiful and Comfortable

We've been fortunate enough to stay in this property several times, visiting in spring, summer and winter. It is always clean and nicely appointed on our arrival. The furniture and art is stylish, everything well kept with a designer look. My husband especially loves the hot tub surrounded by a wall of boulders. I appreciate that it's close to shopping and necessities. Leave the house in any direction to enjoy a beautiful afternoon walk, and be sure to enjoy the view from the deck while having your morning coffee. Perfect!

Perfect Lake Tahoe location!

Perfect location and close to everything. We also stayed here last January. Can walk to Heavenly Valley ski resort. Great home for family. Like that kids can have play area in the downstairs. Also good for couples. Guys can take over downstairs for football watching. This is our go to house in South Lake Tahoe.
