The top floor serves as the heart of the estate, boasting a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, a granite breakfast bar, sophisticated dining areas for the whole group, balcony, large L-shaped sofa, and TV. This level also holds the expansive master suite, which offers panoramic ocean views and a spa-like bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi tub, shower, and bidet.

The second level is dedicated to rest and recreation, housing 5 additional bedrooms, a huge laundry room, and access to the beach along with plenty of plush beach towels. This level also features the central entertainment hub, finished with a wet bar, a karaoke machine with over 20,000 songs, a TV, and an extensive library of games, and books.

Practicality meets luxury on the ground floor, where a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer provide easy access to extra cold storage for your beach drinks, snacks, and live fishing bait. In the garage we provide all the gear necessary for a perfect coastal escape, including kayaks, bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, canopy tents, and even fishing rods.

This luxurious, private oceanfront house, on one of the few natural beaches left on the Atlantic side of Florida, is perfect for a large family or group of friends. The entire house has central heat and air with ceiling fans in each room and tile floors throughout. There is cable/internet/phone/Wi-Fi and an elevator. There are a total of 5 bathrooms, plus an outside shower for the beachgoers. The outside features an all-fenced yard with a lighted gate entrance. We supply all the goodies you will likely need to get your vacation started, including a full supply of kitchen crockery and cutlery; one set of linens and towels; an initial supply of paper towels, paper tissues, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap. Pack your toothbrush and your swimsuits—at Surf Song, the Atlantic is your backyard.

At the Sebastian Inlet State Park located just south, there is a huge fishing pier, a snack bar, picnic areas, and a bayside beach for children complete with picnic tables. You can even swim with manatees! The area beaches have some of the best surfing in the country (home of Kelly Slater) and a spectacular array of wildlife, unspoiled natural habitats, sanctuaries and preserves. At the same time, you will be within an easy reach to everything – surrounded by nice restaurants.

Nearby marinas and sports shops can provide rental boats, surf boards and canoes. And a local surf shop can provide a bigger selection of surfboards, stand-up paddleboards, and lessons if desired. There’s also a great “local” gift shop for souvenirs and clothing. And if golfing is on your list of activities, there are several golf courses nearby offering pristine fairways and ocean breezes.

Just an hour and a half west is the Orlando International Airport, Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios, and Sea World. And about an hour north is Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center, the world-famous Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon Surf Shop and the USSSA Space Coast Complex for visiting baseball, softball, and soccer teams. If you want to go south, we are just 3 ½ hours away from South Beach in Miami. And nearby towns of Melbourne (with an amazing zoo) and Vero Beach are each about 30 minutes away.

My husband and I both grew up in South Florida and visited the Sebastian Inlet area frequently for surfing and enjoyment. In 2007 after staying for a month at the beach, we knew that this was the place that we wanted to be. We live close by, and we love the area for its quaintness and friendliness. We love all the people here and can’t imagine living anywhere that doesn't have a beach and fishing.

We enjoy this home immensely, entertaining and having many family reunions here when we are not renting. We love the giant living room on the top floor and the comfortable feel of having everyone around the kitchen. We also love having everyone at the beach enjoying the sunshine and surf. Many times, we have BBQs and get together with local friends in this fabulous place. We hope you come to love our home Surf Song as much as we do.
