Superb attic, newly renovated, on two levels of approximately 50 square meters located on the second and last floor of an elegant period building (ex-convent) not equipped with an elevator. We are in the heart of the most characteristic district of Rome, Trastevere, from which you can easily reach the Vatican, Campo de 'Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Prati district and all the historical center in less than 10 minutes on foot! The entire Eternal City is at hand. The advantage of being in the lively heart of Trastevere but in the utmost silence and tranquility thanks to the particular location of the building and the apartment with internal views of the pretty cloister.
Our accommodation, modern and finely furnished, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and has a practical living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, a kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: stove, electric and microwave oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses.
Two bathrooms (one of which is on the upper level), both with shower and bidet.
Other amenities available to guests: WiFi (limited up to 80 GB), independent heating, air conditioning (2 splits - one in the kitchen and the other in the living room), washing machine, dryer, clothes hanger, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
All the furniture is extremely refined and refined in detail, you will feel just like you were at home but in the heart of the Eternal City!

At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Upon arrival, a tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be required, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that check-ins must be arranged directly with the hotel and include a supplement as follows: - 21. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24.00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.
