Amazing

The villa is superb. Spotlessly clean, super comfortable and a fantastic, private, pool are that overlooks a small lake. Most parks are minutes away with supermarkets and restaurants within a 3-5 minute drive. We have been to Orlando on half a dozen or so occasions, normally staying in Windsorhills, Lou and Margieā€™s home tops anything weā€™ve been in for value and comfort. Canā€™t wait to return!.

Excellent Villa in Great Location

The villa is very well equipped was cleaned to a high standard and is excellently located for getting around, close proximity to the the theme parks and a Walmart less than 5 minutes away. The swimming pool was a good size and was used every day, the addition of the spa was a great place to unwind. Beds were comfortable and the location was safe and very quiet. Well furnished, we could not have wished for anything more from the villa. We would highly recommend this villa for a Florida break. Well done Lou and Margie

This was our second time staying here, my family and I love how close we are to the parks/ Disney Springs. The house is very well looked after, and stocked with everything you need. The kids loved the pool/spa. The owners Lou and Margie go above and beyond for their guests and they are great with communicating

Fantastic villa

Villa was very very clean, obviously not just a rental property as it is well maintained and well furnished. The pool area was one of the best we have had. Great large pool, spot on spa and every chair had a small table Free standing fans are a great idea as well Wouldnā€™t hesitate to stay again

Great place to relax and enjoy the outside space

This property was well cared for and we found everything we could possibly need there waiting for us. The location provided easy access to parks, restaurants and a fireworks display every night. The owners were very responsive prior to arrival and checked in with us during our stay to be sure we were happy with the property. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great house, wish king bed was a little more comfy, wish pool was a little warmer

Overall we had a great stay at house, house was as describe, great pool area just wish it was a little warmer but we still enjoyed pool area, king bed needs new mattress it was not comfy at all it was like sleeping on bricks but we just slept in other room. Kitchen had everything we needed, house was very clean. Location to all attraction wasnā€™t bad. Property has been kept well.

our vacation experience was great!!

we stayed there a couple of days and everything was clean, pool was fun to be in and jacuzzi... kids slept good, washing machines worked great... the house is close to disney and other places... over all we loved it and would go back!! :)

Great 2 week stay at property, excellent host and location.

Lou was fantastic as a host and very helpful, responsive to messages and friendly. Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and everything was exactly as pictured. The pool and spa were a welcome relaxation area at the end of busy days at the parks and also well maintained. The location is excellent for Disney, local dining, supermarkets, bars etc. by hire car or Uber. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We love this villa

This is our second stay at this villa in 2 years. The location is excellent and less than a 15 minute drive to Disney. We had an issue with the WiFi when we arrived by the host was very responsive and arranged an engineer quickly and the issue was solved. The villa is always immaculately clean which is important to us. We enjoy the proximity of the local shops and restaurants. We hope to be back again soon!!

Fantastic villa, Fantastic location

We've stayed in a number of villas in the Orlando area over the years, this one has been the best by far. Everything is on your door step. The villa was exactly as the photos show. Kitchen has all modern appliances which work flawlessly. Furthermore, the pool has sun all day long! And Lou is so easy to get in touch with. We would happily stay here again.

Great property, excellent location

Only 15-20 mins to Disney, even on extremely heavy traffic days. Great location for supermarkets/chemists/restaurants. Well presented property and very clean in a nice neighbourhood. Lovely outlook from the pool. Good communication from owner before stay (did not need to contact during stay). All the amenities you need. Would recommend and we would stay again.

Fabulous stay

Really lovely villa, perfect for our family of 4 for a 3 week stay, has everything you need. Location is great - so close to the Disney parks and lots of amenities nearby on the 192 and Sunset Walk. Modern appliances throughout. Thereā€™s no escaping itā€™s close to a main road, but you get used to it and it didnā€™t really bother us. We didnā€™t have any need to contact the property management company, but owner Lou was very helpful and responsive in advance of our stay. Great villa, would recommend.

Fab stay and location

We have stayed in many Florida villas over the years and have to say this was the cleanest - it was immaculate. Having the view of the lake from the pool area watching the wildlife was lovely. There is a main road running behind which can get noisy at certain times of the day but it didnā€™t bother us at all. We always stay in villas around this location as itā€™s so handy to get to all the parks especially Disney - it was only a 10-15 min drive depending on traffic. There are also lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The master bedroom was very spacious with lovely en-suite. The second bedroom was smaller but adequate. My son and his fiancĆ©e slept in this room and did have a couple of gripes but nothing major - no mirror and the bed had a plastic mattress protector which got very sweaty. Having the large washing machine and dryer in the garage was fab - My only gripe was that there was no clothes airer to hang clothes to dry as not all clothes were suitable to put in drier. The kitchen had all appliances, every piece of crockery and cutlery you can think of - we ate out every day so didnā€™t really use. We had a great time at the villa and would recommend to others to stay.

Great stay

We stayed at ALY-ash for 16 nights and very much enjoyed it. The home is quite close to the Disney Parks and not too much further to Universal and Seaworld. The home is well appointed with the usual amenities and paper products you need for a few days stay. Any longer you will need to pick up more. We always do a stop at Costco or Walmart to get all the supplies we need on the first night. The house is easy to get to which is nice at the end of a long day. The bedroom sizes are nice with lots of storage in the chests of drawers. Bathrooms are nice as well ,plenty of hot water for showers. The hot tub worked great as it has a gas heater. Many of the other homes use a heat pump and it leaves the tub and pool cold. The fact that this has a gas heater makes the hot tub nice and warm to soak after a long day in the parks. The furniture is comfortable to kick back and relax when you are done for the day. We used the washer and dryer a few times and they also worked well. There was plenty of room for our group of 5 in the home. The owner Lou is easily accessible if needed and good to work with if you have any issues. He even allowed us to have a late check out as we had a late afternoon flight out. Thanks for a great stay

Excellent Property, we will stay here again!

We have just got back from 2 weeks at this property and we so pleased with the choice we made. The property is lovely and well situated for all the Disney parks and local restaurants and amenities. The property was exceptionally clean and had everything that we needed. Travelling from the UK, it was great to be provided towels and pool towels as well. We had a small issue with an alarm sounding when we were at the property. The property management company were slow to respond via phone but once I contacted the owner the property company responded immediately. We are grateful to the owner for responding so quickly. A couple of small points to note: coming from the UK, it was strange that there were no main ceiling lights in the bedrooms, only lamps. For the girls in our group, this was a pain when getting ready but by no means a big issue but just something to note if that would be important. The second things is the proximity to the road. I would consider it comparable to a busy B road in the UK. The traffic noise did not bother us at all when in the pool or sunbathing and we didn't hear any traffic noise at night but if traffic noise when you are by the pool would bother you, this should be noted. As I say, it really did not bother us at all and we barely noticed it. The pool was lovely. We paid to have it heated even though we were there in May and we were glad we did. My boys spent hours in it and the 3ft and 5ft depths were perfect for my 10 year olds!

Lovely villa

Overall this is a really nice villa with big rooms and all the facilities we needed for 5 adults. Lovely big pool with a spa pool. Loved staying here but there was a couple of issues. No mirrors in the bedrooms apart from the main and no ceiling lights in these room which was a little strange. The bedside lights were controlled from the wall light switch but not in the main bedroom which didn't work. Worst bit was with the management company though as when we arrived we noticed that the pool screen had come away from the door so some insects got in. Then there was a storm and a section of the screen on the roof collapsed completely. Both of these were reported but nothing was done until we complained as there were tons of flies in the pool area, and then it was fixed the day after. Like I said, overall a lovely home but the problems with the screen took the shine off
