Near Disney, Family Friendly, Private Pool-Fenced, Looks Onto Nature Preserve

This quiet neighborhood is just a few minutes from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Disney can be accessed in about 10 minutes and the sometimes heavy Route 192 traffic can be easily bypassed. There are also many other activities nearby.

THE FEE LISTED FOR THE HOT TUB INCLUDES HEATING THE POOL AND SPA
The beautiful pool and spa faces southwest getting enough warmth in the winter months but keeping the area much more pleasant on sunny summer days. Please note your vacation home features a spa (not exactly the same as a hot tub.) The spa is built in and features a waterfall flowing into the pool which provides a pleasant, relaxing experience. The pool features privacy fences on both sides and the rear is open onto a beautiful nature preserve.


Your vacation home has been recently updated and features 5 nicely decorated bedrooms: The primary King en suite has a stand up shower, large soaking tub and double vanity, and features direct access to the pool area. The second primary bedroom also has a king size bed and the en suite has a bathtub/shower combination along with direct access to the pool area. Both primary bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings. The third bedroom is located in the front of the house and has a queen size bed. There is a bathroom in close proximity providing additional privacy. The two middle rooms are beautifully decorated with a pair of twin beds in each, one is Toy Story and Cars themed, and the other is Frozen themed.

Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms with a larger flat screen in the great room. Wired and WIFI access available.

After a long day at the parks, come home to the Spa and Pool and throw your steaks on the BBQ. The grill is also included in the rental and is located just outside the pool area. A gas canister is available but you may need to refill.

Enjoy your down-time in the game room which features a Pool Table, a Foosball Table and an Air Hockey game.

Brilliant communication and support from Andrea, and a lovely stay overall. Villa kept warm when the weather wasn't, and we made some use of the pool and spa. Would happily stay here again, comfortable and a perfect place to stay when visiting WDW, and drivable to the Universal parks.

Very nice house, plenty of room for large family. Nice neighborhood and close travel to Disney complexes. Exactly as described and loved the pool area. Highly recommend.

Lovely villa close to Disney Parks

This was the second time we stayed at this villa as a family of four adults and four children.Location is great to visit the parks. Only 15 minutes drive so you can pop back to the villa for a rest.Close to restaurants and supermarkets.Villa is spacious and has everything you need for your stay.Host is very responsive and helpful.Would definitely recommend staying at this villa.

Total relaxation

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood. We loved the private pool and hot tub. So nice to have all bedrooms on the main floor. Plenty of seating for all. Good location to Disney attractions.

Blended family vacation

Our family had a nice time. The property could use some upgrades in regards to appliances, dishes and silverware. The beds were comfortable. The pool and spa were wonderful.

Amazing vacation villa

Perfect Home Away From Home

The place was perfect including the tree that was so graciously provided. The location was near everything. No complaints. Andrea made this home to be such a wonderful place to visit in Florida. I have already told other Family and friends. I definitely plan to stay again. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations and making this a Xmas to remember.

Good

The house is nice. The furniture is dated and needs to be looked at. The couch has parts that ate worn and black flakes stick to you. The pool was very nice. The privacy of the pool was a huge selling point for us. Overall it was a nice property to stay at.

Our trip was for a volleyball tournament. Location was good just had to plan 20-40 min to get to where we needed. Convent to groceries. Spent most of our time at volleyball or at the VRBO in the pool and spa. Pool was great and met all our needs! Owner was super receptive to concerns and addressed immediately. Could use some updates; showing age/wear. Great large space for two families. Would go back!

Great value rental

If you are looking purely for cost this is a great deal. The unit is a little rundown with things like broken blinds, worn/torn towels and just a general lack of a deep clean. Andrea is super responsive and was a great host. Unfortunately the extra covid cleaning fees making most rentals overpriced these days.

Jennifer, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. We really try to keep the prices reasonable so families can truly enjoy without breaking the bank. The blinds and towels are being replaced. And I’ve addressed the deep clean issue with the cleaning company. They have been super focused on making sure the houses are cleaned against covid so perhaps they missed other areas. I’ll make sure it is dealt with and thanks for bringing this to my attention. Andrea

Wanted More Sun Area

We had a good time. Stayed for 12 nights. The best thing was the hot tub as it got hot like bath water. The back of the house faces Northwest so we were not able to lounge in the sun around the pool until about mid afternoon. Although the grill was available for us to use there was no propane in the tank. We probably could have filled it but wasn’t sure how much we were actually planning to use it. All three doors to the pool area had alarms. You needed to press a button about 5 ft up before you opened the door and it needed to be closed within 7 seconds or the alarm would go off. This could not be disengaged even though there were only adults here. The annoyance of these grew as the days went on.

Hi Lori, I'm glad you enjoyed your trip. While I understand that the door alarm can be annoying, it is a safety measure to prevent children from wandering outside and into the pool without supervision. While it might seem convenient to be able to shut this for specific guests, this is not generally a safe idea as there is always the chance that a young person might visit or that a guest will forget to turn it back on upon check out. It's a small inconvenience that can prevent drowning or harm. Otherwise, I a glad you enjoyed the villa and the hot tub and pool area. Andrea

Depends on what you are looking for...

Our family knew that we wanted a quiet place to recover in between trips to the park, and this house fit that need. You can expect 15-20 drives to the parks, and forfeit some benefits of staying on Disney properties. But for us, the quiet location with the pool access next to the wildlife area was what we wanted. To balance out my review, you also need to know that staying in this home will require you to stock some household items such as paper products. It is not well stocked, so we spent extra to provide some basic household items for our week. While that is inconvenient, it was not a problem. The pool alarm went off several times during our stay, but apparently I am the only one in our group that it affected. If you want the full Disney experience, then plan for that somewhere else. But if you want a nice, clean, and quiet place not far from parks, attractions and a large number of restaurant options, this is an excellent house for families just wanting to hang out together.

Thank you Sean. Glad you enjoyed. I agree that it is nice to get away from the crowds and noise and relax at the end of the day in my own pool or hot tub. We do try to keep the house stocked with some TP, paper towels, dish soap and laundry soap. I apologize if you did not find all the things you needed but like you said, there are markets and stores nearby. Happy to host you again!

Spacious house

Perfect house for us staying as a family of 5. House is clean and spacious and in a good location for Disney as well as the other parks. Convenient for getting to shops and restaurants too. We found the games room/garage very good with our 3 teenagers. Nice quiet neighbourhood and lovely aspect onto trees at the back. We loved listening to the frog chorus each evening! Owner was quick to respond to all our questions. Would recommend.

Wonderful vacation

Perfect Disney Vacation. Takes about 20 minutes to get to the Disney Parks parking lots. Better than most value Disney resorts can do. The house was very clean. Had everything we needed. Was pleased it was all on one level. Very nice washer and dryer and the hot tub were actually hot! We loved the large soaker tub on the master suite. I didn't ask about everyone else's bed but the one in the master was very comfortable. Would be glad to stay there again. Another great perk is there are a ton of door dash options that deliver for free which was so nice when we would come back for nap and lunch in the middle of the day.

Long Weekend of Golf

Overall worked very well for six guys there to play golf. Plenty of room, bedrooms, bathrooms, layed out well. Pool and hot tub a plus, the kitchen was a little bare, but we weren't there to cook gourmet meals.

Great house & Great location

Super clean and comfortable house in a very quite location. Close to all Disney attractions and yet far enough away to relax in quite-ness once you leave the parks. Would not hesitate to book this house again.

Great Place!

This property was a perfect place for our entire family to come and visit us! It is a great location for any of the FL attractions and shopping for groceries or souvenirs. There was a lot of seating for meals and relaxing, the pool area was amazing, and there were linens and dishes enough for all. To make the property even better was the host and the management company she has working with her. They responded quickly to any inquiries and made any adjustments immediately. We would stay again!
