This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath gem lays out perfectly for an extended family or family with guests. We live in the home from December to May each year, and rent it for 3-6 months from May - November only - please do not inquire about winter months as it's not available.

For boaters, there is a free community boat ramp, or simply moor right out in front of the home with easy access to open sea or nearby passage to the bay side for boating and fishing.

Our home was built in 2008 to the most weather-resistant state mandated standards, and fully insured.

Watch dolphins, fish, rays and waterfowl right from your deck, or fish from your own sandy beach. The house includes kayaks, paddleboards, life-vests, and bikes for your use.

Looking for fun? Put on water shoes (included) and wade right into the ocean from the private beach. Swim, boat, kayak, paddleboard, snorkel or fish in front of the house. Cook your catch on the Weber gas grill or take it to one of the local restaurants where the chef will prepare it any way you want. Try the “Matacumbe” or “Black and Blue” preparation at the famous Fish House.
