Located in a quiet and elegant area, it enjoys an enchanting view over the entire coast.
By car you can reach the center and the beaches of Marina di Ragusa in just a few minutes (around 15 minutes on foot). The villa is autonomous and all services are exclusively available to guests, including of course the swimming pool.
Private pool, garden, WIFI, air conditioning and TV.
Three bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and one with a bathroom opposite the bedroom.
Kitchen living room of approx. 40 with large glazed area directly on the pool.

Fantastic Villa

This is a perfect villa situated about 20 minutes walk into the main town. Everything you need for a perfect holiday is supplied. Beds are very comfy. Great lounge and kitchen. Outside is a great pool and plenty of space to catch the sun. A bbq and outside seating means you can enjoy the outside right into the evening. The host is very helpful and any small matter is sorted quickly. The town has plenty of bars and restaurants and the beach is idyllic. We would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday in Sicily.

We were very impressed when we arrived with how clean the property was. It was immaculate! The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodate us. To the extent of purchasing an ice cream birthday cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday and helping us fix our broken wheels on our pushchair and ordering us pizza to be delivered. They were so helpful! What an amazing place to stay! You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic property, great host

Fantastic time in Marina di Ragusa staying at Casa di Gio. Everything was as described on the listing from Gio. A brief summary of what we liked and why we picked the property. The pool was great, good temperature. Same depth throughout (i.e. no shallow / deep ends) and suitable to stand in for an adult throughout. "Outdoor" shower room which is actually enclosed provides privacy to change before the pool which is great. Toilet in here also great to avoid drying / dripping in the main house. BBQ area was great with the sink and prep area. Good view of the sea also for those able to see over the wall. There was a parking space suitable for our estate car behind a roller gate. Inside the house was very clean. Bedding, towels etc. provided in each room. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom of such (1 is across a corridor). Being able to use the shutters to make the rooms dark for our kids was great. Travel cot and highchair were appreciated also. The kitchen area was a little smaller than we'd have liked but wasn't a major inconvenience, especially if using the BBQ. There is another apartment upstairs (entrance is not shared) but they didn't bother us. The area is a short uphill walk (about 10 minutes) from the town centre We used the electric scooters for hire (via app) to go back and forth in the 35C midday heat. All together a great experience and thank Gio for his help ,even helping us to order food on our first night with our lack of Italian. Thanks

schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und liegt fußläufig zum Ortskern von Marina di Ragusa. Tagsüber sieht man von der Terrasse aus über die Stadt auf das Meer, abends eher auf den hell beleuchteten Parkplatz des benachbarten Supermarkts. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Sehr schöne, geräumige und gepflegte Villa mit Pool in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Villa ist mit drei Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Der Pool ist groß und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Gartenanlage ist makellos und die Sicht aufs Meer sehr toll. Der Gastgeber hat uns freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit verfügbar, bei Bedarf. Besten Dank Giorgio für die Gastfreundlichkeit.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa in Marina di Ragusa sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Meerblick ist wirklich sehr schön, der Pool und der Garten laden ein zum Entspannen.

Sehr entspannend und erholsam

Das Haus hat die bereits hohen Erwartungen noch deutlich übertroffen. Hier passt wirklich alles! Wenn Hilfe notwendig wurde, war der Vater von Gio umgehend zur Stelle und hat die Probleme gelöst. Die Architektur ist so geschickt gestaltet, dass sich jeder Mitbewohner seine Freiräume nehmen kann. Der gesamte Außenbereich ist mit Parkplatz, unterschiedlichen Sitzecken, Pool, Außenbadezimmer, Grill mit Ablagefläche und Spülbecken genial gestaltet.

All you could need in Marina di Ragusa

Arrival was easy, Giorgio and his father met us on arrival, very flexible on timing as we arrived last 23.00. Apartment very clean and spacious. Very comfy beds and nice big clean showers, no baths. Separate laundry room was a godsend with beach stuff! The best thing is the garden, the pictures do not do it justice, it wraps around the apartment and is much bigger than it looks. They have lovely planting, pool is great, about chest height for an adult, and in sun for most of the day apart from morning and late afternoon. We were in it most of the time, my 5 year old was in heaven! No strong chemical smell, and didn't sting the eyes. Also they have a pool shower and toilet which was so convenient. Location good, around 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and the beach, down quite a big hill so bear that in mind for the walk back up on the sun! Beach was so so crowded, especially late afternoon. We only went once and found other nearby beaches for other times that were less busy. We liked spaggia micenci for clear shallow water and not too busy, and some rocks made for fun snorkelling and fish spotting. They just have showers though and parking limited! Also there is a shop around 2 min drive/7 min walk which has everything you should need. Really enjoyed!

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir haben einen wunderbaren erholsamen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbringen dürfen. Giorgio und auch sein Vater haben uns sehr nett begrüßt und mit vielen Informationen aller Art versorgt. Das Haus ist in sehr gutem und gepflegtem Zustand. Die Outdoorküche mit Grill haben wir sehr gerne genutzt und die lauen langen Nächte auf der Terrasse genossen. Dadurch, dass die Terrasse sehr weitläufig ist, hatten wir immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Zum Strand bzw. in den Ortskern läuft man ca. 15 Minuten. Gegenüber ist derzeit eine Baustelle, die leider etwas lauter ist. Aber dafür kann Giorgio ja nichts. Im Ganzen können wir das Haus nur empfehlen und werden sicherlich wieder einmal dort Urlaub machen.

Modern Pool- Apartment in Marina di Ragusa

We had a very nice stay in Giorgios House in Marina di Ragusa. It was very easy to communicate with Giorgio and his father and whenever we had a problem or a question, they immediately helped us out and found a solution. The house is well- equipped and if something was missing, we could easily ask for it (in our case a thicker blanket and glasses). The house and the rooms are nice and perfect for three couples, as everyone had its own bathroom (great!). The pool is amazing and even it was January, we used it (only short time, because it´s cold! ;-)), because the weather was surprisingly warm. The outside area is really charming with palm trees, banana plants and lovely lights and you could hang out all day. We loved to use the barbecue. The house has a nice view over the bay, but at the moment there is a big construction side over the street, as a new apartment neighborhood arises. In a ten minutes- walk you can be at the beach, where you can find nice restaurants, bars or cafes for aperitivos or you can go for a walk on the promenade. We actually enjoyed the low season, as there were not too many people, so we guess there is more "life" in high season then. The supermarket "Spar" with everything you need (really well- equipped) is a 5 Minute- Walk or 2 Minute- Drive away from the house. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Perfect place to hang out and to discover the the Island

We have been there with 2 parents and 3 adult kids and it was never too small. The bedrooms are well sized, it is great to have a bathroom for each bedroom + the extra bathroom at the pool. The pool is great, nicely sized, gets regularly cleaned by the owner and nice to hang out at. The kitchen is well equipped although I have to admit that we always went out dining. Everything was clean and looking well maintained. The host is a very welcoming and friendly person, always available for any kind of question. The house is about a 15 minutes walk or 6 minutes drive away, when we went dining we always walked. We enjoyed the stay a lot and we will come back!

Wonderful, comfortable and inspirational

First of all, it's a great location - very close to downtown Marina di Ragusa (12 min walk or 4 min drive) and in a quiet neighborhood. We really loved this 3 bedroom spacey house - each bedroom has spacey closets and an immaculate bathroom, another bathroom with the shower is located next to the pool. The pool is clean and maintained well. Around the house there are lots of seating places for warm nights with the great view onto the marina di Ragusa. We loved our living room with kitchen which is surrounded by glass sliding doors/walls that allow lots of light into the house. The air conditioning works perfectly. Internet is working well. It was really a pleasure to stay in this house. The owner is available to answer your questions, to help with finding places and directions or/and to drop by if you have any other issues to discuss. I highly recommend this place and if I travel again to Marina di Ragusa, it wil be definitely my first choice.
