Our villa has always provided high standards of cleanliness, but now for the safety of our client we have further perfected our protocols by relying on professional staff. On Wednesday cleaning of the villa and change of towels and bed linen. At check-in, a deposit of €800 will be requested in cash.
The villa is built into the hillside, in order to ensure a magnificent view of the Mediterranean sea.
Inside, the style is modern, underlined by the minimalist furniture and the large windows that emphasize the sea view. On the ground floor there are the kitchen/dining room, a very large living room with sofas, the laundry room, a twin bedroom (opens only for groups of more than 8 people and upon payment of an extra), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The magnificent staircase leads from the living room to the first floor, where there are 3 other double bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom), the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi under a large window set in the roof

The infinity pool (10m x 4m), will allow you to swim while enjoying the spectacular panorama in complete tranquility, you can relax by warming up under the Sicilian sun. The splendid terrace on the upper floor will lead you directly into the garden and to the bowling green, while the large veranda around the villa will allow you to satisfy your senses surrounded by nature (typical of the Ragusa area), full of olive and carob trees.
