The villa is nestled in the typical Ragusan countryside and boasts a picturesque and relaxing panoramic location; Playa Grande Beach, the Irminio River Reserve, and the sandy beaches of Marina di Ragusa are just 3 km away, .........The sea, nature, culture, and ideal climate make it the perfect place to spend an unforgettable vacation!
The villa truly has it all!...... Just 10 minutes (about 3 km) from the most beautiful beaches along the Iblean coast, the nightlife of Marina di Ragusa, and the picturesque sunsets of Donnalucata and Puntasecca, and just a few more kilometers away (about 6 km), you’ll reach Scicli, one of the towns that best exemplifies Italian Baroque architecture—now appreciated and visited by people from all over the world...... In short, it has everything you could want!

Furthermore, it’s practically right next to Villa Giummarrella, so if you combine the capacity of both villas (FERRANTE / GIUMMARRELLA), you can accommodate up to 14 PEOPLE!
