Cozy Mews House with Parking

Hi,
I am offering my place in sac-de-cul in Notting hill W11 with parking and own entrance. It’s split over three levels. In the ground floor is a bathroom and a utility room with a wash dryer (Iron and board are in the kitchen) .
On the first floor you will find a living room with integrated kitchen.
There is enough space for two people to eat.
There is a sofa , a large smart tv and fast Wi-fi.
In the living room are two single mattresses with duvets and pillows so that two additional people can stay there (Please be aware that the living room is connected to the bedroom on the second floor via a balcony like railing. So the rooms are not properly separated. ).
On the upper floor is the bedroom with a built in wardrobe and a king size bed.
The neighbourhood is calm but central.
It’s a 2 minute walk to Shepherds Bush station , a 10 minute walk to Holland Park, a 20 minute walk to Hyde park or Portobello Market.
There is also a guaranteed parking space in front of the door for normal sized cars.
