Living Area:
The elevated top floor features an open floor plan with an updated kitchen (January 2023), dining area, and living space. Large windows and coastal décor create a welcoming ambiance for relaxation and gatherings.

Kitchen:
The kitchen boasts new cabinets, appliances, lighting, and flooring, offering modern functionality while maintaining the home’s beachside charm.

Bedrooms:
Top Floor Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share a renovated bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Ground Floor Bedrooms:
One queen bedroom.
A second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, perfect for families or groups.

Bathrooms:
Two shared bathrooms, one on each floor, provide convenience for all guests.

Outdoor Space:
Screened Porch & Sun Deck: Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze with ample seating for porch-sitting or soaking up the sun.

Superb property!

Private secluded feel yet close to all things Folly. Comfortable beds, beautiful spaces. I could live on the sun deck and screened porch - didn't want to leave! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Wow! What a perfect place to stay! You are literal steps away from the beach, but it is also very private. Everything about our stay was so fantastic and I would absolutely stay here over and over again.

Short but sweet get away!

The house was perfect for enjoying the quiet beach! Perfect little yard and great beds! We wish it could have been a longer visit. We will be back! Great spot for family and friends, nice layout and easy to find! Thank you!

Surf’s up

The proximity to the ocean was amazing. It had Plenty of room too. The porches were so awesome, We did yoga daily on the outside deck🧘🏻. Folly beach is very quaint and super close to the house. We would like to see an upgrade on linens for the comfy beds. We will for sure rent this house again!! Thank you 😊

A Folly Christmas

The location of the property is terrific, very private! The porch and the deck had locks so we could keep our 3 year old grandson from leaving the house. The kitchen was very well stocked but the bathroom downstairs could use an upgrade. It is smaller than we thought and it needs a dining table inside.

We’ve stayed at many beach houses along the SC coast. This home was just as shown. A plus is the absolute privacy with private beach access. Really liked the screened porch area. Another favorite was the outdoor shower. Dunes Realty made our stay very enjoyable. They were very quick to reply to messages. Very good communication. We will definitely return.

Nice property that was not well maintained

This was a beautiful property and location. For the price we paid the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Property management was responsive but would like to have had it in better condition and not have to make requests and have repairs done while we were there.

location ,location, location

Beautiful sunrise and moon views. Visited Island lighthouse and Angel tree. Found a shark tooth. Took great photos and loved the garden archway to the ocean.We put our children with an infant upstairs with kitchen. Us older folks stayed downstairs but it was a lot of steps to get a cup of coffee. Do recommend establishment furnish a small microwave, coffee and refrigerator downstairs or suggest visitors to bring your own.,we had brought a coffee maker and plug in cooler so that helped a lot for downstairs. We all had a wonderful time.

Excellent beachfront location.

Really enjoyed the screened porch and deck. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked with plates, glasses, flatware and pots and pans but not kitchen linens or liquid dish soap. We did bring our own so that was ok. I would also recommend bringing liquid handsoap if you don’t like the bar soaps provided. Another great feature were the 2 outdoor showers. Overall we had a great time at the beach house and would rent it again when we return to Folly Beach.

Great location! Needs some TLC

We loved the location of this house. The furnishings were very comfortable and the finishes are updated. The house itself was a bit run down and dirty. I’m sorry, but if I am paying hundreds of dollars for a cleaning fee, I expect the house to be clean when I arrive, there was A LOT of pet hair. It was almost like the floors were not done at all. I could go on but I will just say that I won’t be staying here again.

Great outdoor area!

We visit Folly multiple times a year and this is our first trip in the fall. We typically stay on the west end of Folly, but chose this house due to wanting to be ocean front and bring our dogs along with us. The screened in porch and deck were fabulous and is where we spent most of our time if we weren't on the beach. The house does need some TLC (leaky kitchen sink, we had to unclog the shower head, closet door in the guest bedroom was propped against the wall) & the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than they looked in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked, but very little was provided by the property (bring your own kitchen linens & trash bags if you need more than one, all of which was disclosed to us prior to traveling by the property). That said, we'd absolutely stay here again - the yard was great for our dogs & the private walk out to the beach can't be beat. The outdoor space will keep us coming back.

Private and Relaxing

Lovely property, nice that it has 2 living rooms, 1 up 1 down. Beachfront is pristine. Beds very comfortable.

Wonderful 2 weeks

We stayed in this house for 2 weeks in February. There was plenty of room for us all (there were 8 of us for some of the time), and our small dog. The bedrooms are small but comfortable, and the downstairs bathroom was renovated so it is even nicer than the pictures. The beach was amazing and just a few steps away. We had a few small maintenance issues that were handled promptly. I would definitely recommend this for a beachfront stay in Folly Beach!

Beautiful View

The view of the ocean was breath taking!!! We loved sitting on the back deck and in the screened in porch listening to the ocean. It was relaxing!!! The house was the perfect size for our stay.

Wonderful stay in Ocean Oaks!

Beautiful views in a secluded setting right on the beach. We loved our week of in this gem of a home in Folly Beach. The house looks just like the pictures and will not disappoint. Dunes Realty was great to work with too. We hope to be back!
