This spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bath house sleeps 12 (no bunkbeds, foldouts, futons or blow ups), has 2 full kitchens and a large screened porch and heated pool. Located on a double lot at the end of a canal, this property features a 20’ floating dock with 16' addition kayak launch/dock for 36' total with boat parking on both sides, (boat lift for owners use only). There is also a fish cleaning station, a beautiful deck with a view down the whole canal, and a large fenced yard. Boaters, please don't worry about the bridge - clearance is 15-20' even at high tide so you'll be just fine : )

Completely remodeled and furnished, this house has 2 fully stocked kitchens plus an 80lb ice-maker in the garage and a 3rd fridge for beverages poolside! The main kitchen opens onto a huge living room with fireplace and a 70 inch TV. A large island and open plan means that the cook never gets left out of the fun. The second kitchen is located at the back of the house, near the porch and pool. Perfect for preparing side dishes when grilling out or for late night snacks poolside.

Speaking of poolside…. Newly installed electric heat pump keeps pool temp in the 80's provided that outside air temperature is 55 or above. Our screened porch is awesome! Huge (17’ x 43’) carpeted area right beside the pool has plenty of seating, pool table, dart board, shuffleboard and an 80” TV. There is also a 40" TV that can be turned into pool area to watch while you swim. 3rd refrigerator for poolside beverages. Large lighted grill can handle enough food for large groups. Porch has vinyl panels that can be closed to keep out wind or rain if needed. We’re sure you will be spending a lot of time out here!

For fresh air and sunshine lovers, we have 6 kayaks and 6 bicycles. House is just a short walk to the Archeological Park. Fish off our seawall or just sit and watch for manatees, otters, alligators and even dolphins!

Bad weather keeping you in the house? In addition to shuffle board & the pool table on porch, we also have plenty of books, games and puzzles. There is a poker table in the 2nd kitchen for cards or games! We also have a ping pong table in the garage. With WiFi and 9 TV’s there should be enough to keep all entertained!

We know that while you like the people you are vacationing with, you might want a little private space sometimes. Hall door closes to split the house if you want. Perfect for corporate retreats, blended families, family reunions or amicable ex’s. Banish teenager to the back; get a little time away from the in-laws; Early-birds on one end and Night-owls on the other. This house will work for everyone!

If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (May-Nov) please purchase Travel Insurance. We are in Flood Zone A and will be first on the list for Mandatory Evacuation. You will HAVE TO LEAVE and the insurance will cover the missed days of your stay.

Take advantage of our Extra Day To Play Special! If no new guests are checking in, we can change your Check-out time from 10 AM to 6 PM for just $175. Get in another fishing trip; sleep in & do lunch; or go get another peek at the manatees! We can also do it in reverse - Check-in at 11 AM instead of 4 PM.
