This has been my favorite home to stay in! They provide kayaks, life jackets, fishing poles and gear, and the pool and hot tub are pristine! This place has all the amenities of being home and is roomy enough to host 2 families (or more!). We really enjoyed our stay here and will certainly be back! This place was so clean and the waterfront view was spectacular.

Kylie was very helpful anytime I reach out to her. The home was very nice, and plenty of room. The pool area was very accommodating for a relaxing time.We enjoyed the Kayak's down the channel and out into the River. We just spend the weekend for our Anniversary, but this would be a very nice place for a family vacation.

This home was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The host is very responsive and accomodating. All the beds, including the trundle bed were very comfortable. The amenities were wonderful! We were a little disappointed that we were not able to launch the kayaks from the property due to low tide. There was only mud at the end of the dock where the kayak lift is during morning hours. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after swimming with the manatees in the unusually cool weather.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was well stocked, clean, and spacious. The outdoor space with pool and hot tub were very nice for everyone to gather The garage had everything we needed for yard activities and for kayaking the area. Large fenced back yard was a plus for our little dog. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to tie up to the dock at the house. Highly recommend this property for families and anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing get away.

Wonderful place to stay for our visit to Crystal River. We had everything that we needed for our 2 night stay for our family. The home was very clean and everything appeared new inside. The beds were comfortable and lots of places to sit and hang out. Access to the river from the canal was nice. We took the kayaks down Crystal river to Hunter Springs which was about 45 mins one way. We got back at low tide so it was a little harder to get out of the water. The house was less than 10 mins from Aldi and other restaurants and stores.

We absolutely loved the Pink House! The house was very clean and very tastefully decorated. The hot tub and pool were a great addition to the stay and we enjoyed them every night. The driveway was long enough to back up two boat trailers and the dock was very accommodating. Just as a friendly PSA to anyone wanting to bring your boat, low tide is indeed LOW tide. We have about 1.3 feet of draft on our boat and we were stuck in the mud. Thankfully our friend was able to pull us out on their boat. No big deal, we just adjusted our boating time the next day. We would definitely stay here again and the freeze dried jolly ranchers were delicious!
