Welcome to Casa Del Rio. Our professionally decorated home with a fun coastal flare is located in an upscale, private neighborhood just off Fort Island Trail in Crystal River, FL. Location is everything and Rio is only minutes to Hwy 19, Three Sister's Springs, biking and hiking trails, downtown tourist dining, partying or shopping and Fort Island Trail Beach.

Our home has four bedrooms, two well-appointed bathrooms, a solar heated/screened, swimming pool, large outdoor kitchen with high-end gas barbeque, Smart TV, granite counters and sink. A gourmet indoor kitchen with new commercial appliances to include ice maker, wine cooler, dishwasher and commercial grade gas stove. There's a large dock for your boat or fishing and a fenced yard for furry friends.

This is our "river house" and not just someone's rental house. We take pride in every inch of it. The furniture, beds and all appliances are brand new. Everything is high end catering to sophisticated tastes, with original artwork from area artists and an eye for detail. We want you to enjoy Casa Del Rio as much as we do, and we put great effort into assuring that your stay will be enjoyed by all.

We allow a maximum of 10 guests including children and adults. There is a $25.00 per person, per night additional charge for parties over 8. One pet is allowed with an Additional $75 pet fee.

DINING
The gourmet kitchen has a built-in wine cooler, large ice maker, dishwasher, commercial grade gas stove, large refrigerator and an assortment of small appliances. The dining room table seats 6. There's additional seating at the kitchen island for four. We do not skimp on the small stuff. If you need it, it will be there!

OPEN CONCEPT LIVING
The main living area abounds with an open concept consisting of a living room, kitchen, dining area and bonus room. The living room is perfect for relaxing and boasts a 75" Smart TV. The bonus room overlooks the canal with a wet bar, sitting area and 42" Smart TV. The home has great natural flow and is designed for entertaining and dining.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES
The outdoor kitchen is a fantastic place to gather with friends - the 50" flat screen TV is great for football games or the morning news. This area also has a full sink, gas grill, granite counter tops, ceiling fans to keep the no-see-ums at bay and lighting. Sit back, have a cup of coffee and watch the morning news from this vantage point. You never know who might swim by in the canal - dolphins, manatees and an assortment of coastal birds frequent our backyard.

The large dock easily accommodates two boats, kayaks or jets skis. The canal is subject to tides but is appropriate for pontoon boats, bay boats, kayaks and low draft skiffs. It joins the bottom of Kings Bay after a scenic 10-minute boat ride at idle speed and there are no bridges to worry about. The home comes with 2 kayaks and life jackets. You can kayak to the Springs in 30 to 45 minutes depending on wind and tides. There's great fishing off the dock and manatees and dolphins frequent the canal. The area is great for kayakers, fishing and nature lovers.
