This property was everything you hope for when getting a VRBO. It was spotless regarding cleanliness, the beds were all extremely comfortable, the kitchen was stocked better than mine at home, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the gathering areas were also very comfortable and I would come back here anytime. Tina was very easy to communicate with and was friendly and informative about the area. Everyone was happy with everything about this property. Loved staying here!

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for 9 of us and very clean. The dock was great for keeping our boat to scallop. The host was very responsive and everything was as described. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed the weekend with 2 other families!! Awesome home. Had everything we needed and beautiful location. Kitchen was great to cook a family style meal after a fun day scalloping. Also close too Crystal River Water sports which has a boat ramp to launch our boat. Tina the owner was very accommodating and responsive. Already booked for next year..

This home was awesome! Very clean, all the amenities you could ever need, and easy access to Crystal River and Gulf of America by boat. Tina was always available for questions and was fast to reply with recommendations for dinner or stores near by. Highly recommend and will stay again next time in the area.

2 families, 9 total people. House had plenty of space for all of us. Super clean and everything you could need. If anything was needed Tina was easy to get a hold of. Good space for parking and boat trailer on side of road. Dock was great, easily fit 25ft boat. Easy to get to scallop grounds. Saw mantees and dolphins in backyard. Will look to book again next year. Outstanding Experience

Tina was magnificent!! We stayed in constant contact. My family wants to come back to this property again and I 100% agree. Everything in the home is well thought out from kayaks to high chairs for kids. Had an absolutely magnificent stay!!!!Thanks Tina

Beautifully set up property

This house exceeded our expectations. Set up beautifully with MANY little add ons to make the stay comfortable. Host was prompt every time with answers and working hard to accommodate. We could not be happier; hoping to return soon

Perfect getaway!

This was a long weekend trip for us and all I can say is that we all wished we could have stayed longer. We have stayed in multiple rentals and this was in the top few as far as cleanliness, responsiveness of host, and well stocked property. Tina is an amazing host, very responsive and literally has thought of everything for her guests to be comfortable and relaxed! Beautiful property and location, the porch was my favorite spot! It is also perfectly located to shops, restaurants, dive tours, etc. We even had a dolphin encounter in the canal! Clean, spacious, beautiful home! If you are going to Crystal River, do not hesitate to book this property! We would definitely stay again. Thank you Tina!

Swimming with the manatees

My family and I had a pleasant time at this house! The house was clean and check-in and check-out was a breeze. Tina was in contact with us ahead of and throughout our stay which made for a smooth process start to finish.We came to the area to see and swim with the manatees. Within 10 minutes drive you can be at Three Sisters Springs and depending on the day see 100 manatees from land!

Best Ever!

We’ve traveled quite a lot and had been staying at many rental places around the world. This is one of the best! Tina is an awesome host, responded to messages immediately,Had been very helpful. Absolutely AMAZING house and host

Tina (the host) was so very helpful on our trip, recommending places to kayak and see the manatees as well as other questions we had. Her house was absolutely perfect for us...4 adults and 4 kids. The screened in porch is heaven along with the kayaks available for use by renters. The house is warm and inviting while having lots of space for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked. I have rented many homes and this one is the best!!!!

Great Property on the Water

My extended family stayed for a week over Christmas. The property is in a great location to enjoy the area - swimming with manatees, boating, fishing, airboats, hiking and sightseeing. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking family meals. You can fish right off the dock. The house also has indoor and outdoor games. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out and paddling down the river. We would gladly stay at this property again.

Great house for family

Family had plenty of room and the property was spotless. Well supplied with everything from towels to extra garbage bags. Great location minutes from downtown. Really enjoyed staying here!

Stellar in every way!

This property was perfect for our Family/Friends 8 adults. Tina was very responsive and the house was stocked with anything you would need. From the ice maker to the kitchen gadgets. The dock and access ability was a boater's dream. You can launch at Crystal River water sports which is a short ride to the house. You can kayak and paddle board in the canal and enjoy the fire pit at night. This was perfect for our needs and we booked it again for next year. Thank you Tina for a wonderful stay.

Great spot for scalloping

Great spot. As advertised and well appointed with everything we needed for two families with 2 boats on a scalloping trip. The house is great for a group of kids with lots of entertainment options and sleeping space. Excellent communication from the host Tina as well. For boaters specifically the dock is excellent. We had a 21 and 26 ft center console and had space for a 3rd boat. Water and power at the dock, a boat launch 3 minutes down the road which wasn’t crazy busy even on a holiday weekend. Space to park two trailers. All huge positives for us. The only boating downside as a heads up to consider is there is a long idle to get to the main river. It wasn’t an issue for us because we were going out scalloping all day, but if you wanted to duck out for an hour or two to go grab lunch the idle would really add time to the trip.
