Location...Location...Location! Condo was right on the water with a beautiful view! Within walking distance of downtown Kona. Loved how well stocked it was and clean.

Great Place to stay

We had an amazing time this is the best unit in the entire complex. Highly recommend, unless you want to go at the same time I do, then i recommend you find something else, haha

Spectacular unobstructed ocean view with great sunsets! The condo was clean and had everything you could need for a stay in Hawaii. All you need to do is land, get your rental car, stop by Costco and Safeway and enjoy your vacation!

Another great stay at Sea Village!

We always enjoy staying at Sea Village, and this time was no different. Incredible views and a well-stocked condo. It was easy to communicate with the rental company, as well. We would stay again!

A great stay right on the ocean

We loved the location and the condo. Hearing the sounds of the waves on the rocks was relaxing. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. A small air conditioner in the bedroom would have been nice, as a couple of nights were a bit stuffy when the breeze died down, but it was comfortable nonetheless.

Family trip

We had a great family trip for 16 people! Rented four condos and all were clean and well equipped. Sea Village had a great bbq area and pool. Close to town and amazing views! Loved the extra water floaties and beach chairs available in rooms. We will be back 🙂

Ocean side living

This was a really nice place with an informal feel consistent Big Island life. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good mix of guests. The unit itself was well stocked with everything you would need for a long stay. Ocean and sunset views were beautiful.

Lovely

I really enjoyed staying at this condo. Very conveniently located and the Lanai that looks out on the Ocean is just wonderful and amazing to me!! I could spend all my time there and be happy... It was clean and convenient, and everything worked well. So wonderful to be able to sleep and listen to the ocean.

Wonderful Location

A great condo with really nice views from the lanai of the ocean. Close to the pool and grill/picnic table areas (but not too close so it is not noisy). Easy to get around Kona and the rest of the island from this location. Will definitely book this unit again. Mahalo

Didn’t disappoint.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A close walk from the parking lot, downstairs, and the views of the ocean were amazing. We slept soundly each night listening to the ocean. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the lanai. We drank our morning coffee and had our meals out there too. We saw whales out in the distance and enjoyed watching the boats and kayaks.

Amazing stay at Sea Village

We had high expectations for our stay at this village and we got lucky! Amazing apartment with an mesmerizing view. We woke up every day to the sounds of the ocean right outside our lanai. Cleanliness was good although there were a bug issue in the kitchen - nothing major though. The property was quiet and nice and parking spaces were big and spacious. Would definitely recommend!!

Outside Property is lovely. Having roaches and roach feces made the cabinets unusable. Please get better directions for how to use WiFi and the TV. Loved being on the first floor.

Fantastic Waterfront Location

Good communication, easy check-in and very clean. The best part is the waterfront location. Very relaxing listening to the ocean. As mentioned in the description there is no A/C which makes for very warm afternoons, however, there are several fans to use. Cools off in the evenings and mornings. Very private.

Amazing view!

We really enjoyed this condo at Sea Village! The corner balcony has a spectacular view!The condo has a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom, and additional fans too, which was nice.It was wonderful that it was located so close to the shopping and restaurants. There was even an espresso stand located in the same parking lot which was convenient.The bath towels were nice and soft. It was helpful that you had a night light that we could use for the bathroom.The kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice that there were beach items in the unit for use.The unit was conveniently located near the pool and the parking lot.We had a great time and will rent here again!

Can’t Beat This View!

We have stayed in Kona 4 other times and this unit was the best one for comfort and view! Sitting on the Lanai, watching the sun set and listening to the waves every day was the reason why we picked this place. It was fully stocked with toiletries, boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkel gear for 2, comfortable king bed in the bedroom and had a comfortable pull out couch. I was worried about not having air conditioning but with all the windows open and the fans going the ocean breeze was all you needed. The grounds are well maintained and manangement was just a friendly phone call away. You won’t be disappointed and we will be back! Thank you!

Vacation Rental

The Rental was amazing! It was very easy to locate, and getting the booking was a piece of cake. Everything was nice and clean, very comfortable king bed, nice size bathroom, and several spices were there when we needed a few things for our cookout. The pool was very clean and lots of lounge chairs. Having bathrooms right there next to the pool was excellent planning, when resort was built. The view from our balcony was spot on with the pictures that advertise this rental. We couldn't have been happier with the condo. We whale watched from the balcony, also watched parasailing and kayaking in the same spot. It was very low key and relaxing in this area. We even stayed an extra day with absolutely no problems. We just sent a text to the management, and they accommodated us with no issues. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you again for a great vacation.

Delighted with our Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in both the individual condo and in the overall complex. The grounds were clean and very well maintained. The shrubs and plants were in beautiful condition and always trimmed. The pool and hot tub areas were very clean. We used one of the grills 3-4 times and they were always clean and ready for use. The buildings were well maintained on the exterior, and everything was in working order. The condo was just as pictured and advertised. The kitchen was very well appointed so we had everything we needed to prepare meals and store leftovers. The unit was very clean and had ample linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bed and furniture was very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Each morning we used the lanai for breakfast and watched a large pod of dolphins swimming off shore or the local canoe club as they rowed across the horizon. The relaxing sound of the ocean waves were just what we hoped for! The unit was also within walking distance to the shops downtown and the harbor. It was fantastic location all the way round! We highly recommend the Sea Village and will absolutely stay there again on our next trip. It was a lovely condo and great value with a terrific location!
