Sea Village Resort sits right on the sea wall. Located on prestigious Alii Drive. The well kept grounds surround a newly renovated pool, spa, and barbeque . Walk to town for a morning cup of the famous Kona coffee, shopping and evening ocean front dining. Big Island activities include deep sea fishing, diving, snorkeling, golfing or viewing a world famous Volcano. Our condo offers it's own ocean front dining with a fully stocked kitchen. We also feature a walk in shower, King Size Bed, Queen sofa bed, and Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet & and a Washer and Dryer in the unit. There is free parking in large lots on the property.
Sea Village is a non-smoking project. That means not only inside the units but anywhere within the complex.

Sitting on the lanai overlooking the ocean was awesome! Hearing the waves while we slept instantly put us in vacation mode and lolled us into peaceful dreams. Corrinna had great communication before & during our stay. She was very helpful with any inquiries we had and quick response time. We did not need the AC. Fans & screens open were enough. Dishwasher needs updating. Front tiles of the shower need replacing but overall a really clean unit. We would have no hesitation to return!

The Best Sunsets

The sunsets from the lanai are incredible. I know that I’ll be staying here again.

Great location, and provides beach toys!

We enjoyed the location, very basic indoor area, but good patio looking at the ocean. We loved the pool and hot tub. The dish washer was rather rusty on the inside. Have to worry about getting charged extra for using too much AC. They had a bunch of beach toys we enjoyed using! Texted owner to grab something we accidentally left and he was kind and allowed us to swing back by and check!

Great place to stay!

Things you should know. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. If you don’t mind carrying heavy luggage, groceries, lawn chairs up the stairs, then you’re good. The TV in the unit is very very small. The size of a computer screen. We like to watch movies in the evenings when we’re on vacation. My husband had to move the screen about 10 feet closer in order for us to even see it.What we loved: The views from the condominium are stunning! The kitchen had everything you would ever need. The air conditioning worked great. We left our sliding glass window open at night and it kept the house really cool clear up until noon the next day. That made a big difference. The resort is beautiful, welcoming, quiet, and has a great inner area for barbecues that families used in the evenings. A very nice environment.This location is close to everything. Our favorite restaurant was. Don’s Mai Tai restaurant at the Royal Kona, which was very nearby. The prime rib was excellent and reasonably priced, and the seafood was excellent as well. We had lobster at Jackie, Ray’s, and that was very good too. Island lava Java is excellent for breakfast and the shrimp eggs Benedict is superb! You will have a wonderful time here!

Fantastic views!

Really enjoyed our stay. We ended up not even using the air conditioner in the living area so we could enjoy the tropical breezes and listening to the ocean roar just steps from the porch. Also the provided cooler and snorkel equipment was much used and appreciated.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Kona and generally Sea Village 1203. I would like to say however that it needs some TLC by the owners. I would recommend that they come and spend a week in their unit and experience the kitchen and bedroom. It could be quite nice with some upkeep. The lanai has the ability to shade the intense afternoon sun but the shade has been broken for years rendering it useless. It's a shame really.

You can park your car for free.We hat problem with the neighbour above. The ceiling was not well insulated and you hear every movement during night. But the manager was helpful and talked to them.

Reviewer Comments: We really liked the view of the bay and the fish from the balcony. The sound of surf is one of the reasons we go to the ocean. It was an easy walk to the market/restaurants. We appreciated that the kitchen was equipped with all of the cookware and dishes. We enjoyed having room AC units in both the living and bedroom. The Bose mini speaker was nice to have.

The Lanai makes it worth it

On the island for 11 days and this is our first time staying at this property. We have been to the big Island about 20 times. The ocean view is fantastic and the small A/C units make life so much better. Overall the place was great with just a few short comings. Depending on who is staying upstairs it can be quite loud in the condo and the stairway can get a bit loud as well. The location is great and the Lanai makes it all worth it. The kitchen wasn't 100% clean on arrival with dirty dishes in the dishwasher, but the bedroom and bathroom were great. We would stay here again.

A little slice of paradise

The water was so clear you could see the little yellow and black fish from the lani. The Sea Village was close to downtown Kona and the Market Place. The grounds were very nice. We enjoyed the bbq, salt water pool and jacuzzi. The unit was well stocked and in pretty good shape. It could use a bit of an update but still acceptable. When we arrived the unit had not been cleaned but Wayne, our host had someone come out and clean it right away. He also refunded our cleaning fee because the unit wasn’t ready which was very good. Our stay was wonderful. We loved it so much that we would definitely stay there again. Location, Location, Location!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location overlooking the ocean it was so close with great views of the bay and open ocean with cruise ships coming in the odd time. Real close to downtown to walk 1.2 kms for dinner or drinks. Easy access to drive out from to do other site seeing. The ocean surf can be loud but its ocean surf and part of the full experience. The bbq and pool area very well maintained and great place to see the sun while bbqing. The condo itself was well provided for in decor and kitchen ware.

Had great fun. But we're a bit disappointed the unit furnishings were quite unlike the VRBO photo gallery.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo sits above the waves in a beautiful bay where whale sightings are not unusual. The exterior property is well maintained. We did not have insects at all which is always a challenge in this climate. The staff were responsive and anticipated needs. It was a nice touch to find ice made and a couple of cold sodas in the refrigerator upon our arrival. The interior of the condo was immaculate! The only downside to this property is the livingroom has a hide-a-bed couch and only one chair for sitting. We like our evenings ‘comfy’. For many visitors who spend little time in their accommodation it would not be an issue. The condo has air conditioners, but they were noisy. We chose to use the overhead fans which worked for us to stay cool.

Great Time

Nice property right on the water, overall nice place. Did let the property owner of some suggested items that would really help, have not heard anything back from them. Would recommend this place!!

Suite 1-203 is waterfront with a stunning view up to Kailua Village and the open ocean. The condo is very well appointed. The kitchen has everything for one to prepare meals. The new sofa bed is very comfortable and easy to set up.
