Great pre-visit communications with host followed by a seamless and simple check in process.The home was spotless and furnished with everything we could possibly hope for. Coffee, water and even eggs negated the need to run immediately to the grocery store.A full complement of basic items were also available.The TV's were simple to operate and came with all channel options you could ask for.We make a couple of trips to LaQuinta each year and this place is by far and away one of the nicest we have found.The host is immediately available if needed and is committed to good service.

Perfect spot on the Palmer

Great location and house

Lovely home with a magnificent view of the golf course from the bedroom, living room and patio. Also, great view of the mountains from the back patio. Spacious living space with vaulted ceilings which makes the unit seem much bigger. The host was wonderful- very nice and quick to respond. Highly recommend this unit and location.

So nice!

Our stay at PGA West was wonderful! The home was beautifully decorated with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of lush towels. We commented immediately about how clean the property was. There was timely communication with the property owner prior to and during our visit. We appreciated the suggestions for places to visit and eat. Having a pool right next to the property was an added perk. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Relaxing stay in PGA West

Beautiful views and a welcoming host made for a lovely stay . Just as others have stated , this rental home was actually quite spacious , was extremely well-stocked and the location was perfect . In the mornings we could see the sunrise and then just relax while on the patio facing the golf course. The back patio facing the mountains was a super space for watching the sun disappear behind the mountains . We loved the kitchen space and how well-stocked it was . There were also a couple of bikes we used to tour the neighborhood. Access going into and out of PGA West was a good experience as well. Thank you to the owner for providing such a lovely home and making it such an easy stay !

Perfect Choice

Our stay was lovely in this stylish home with beautifully updated bathrooms and kitchen. Even the lush towels were new! The kitchen was so well stocked with every pot, dish and implement imaginable that even cooking Thanksgiving dinner was a breeze. The location is great, in a gated golf community facing a rolling emerald carpet of grass with lounge chairs and dining table. The front courtyard is quiet and peaceful, too, with lots of room to relax, dine and BBQ. The street is filled with grapefruit, lemon and orange trees, for for picking... so delicious. Entertainment is provided by the bighorn sheep which wander down from the mountain precipices to check out the neighborhood! Plus there are 3 pools and spas within an easy walk; one just 30 steps away. Great location in PGA West/Palmer: very close to SilverRock/Talus, Ralph's groceries, CVS Pharmacy and Oldtown LaQuinta. Definitely a super place to stay.

Great property and management

We really enjoyed our stay with Annette. The property was excellent, clean and had everything we needed for a easy and enjoyable stay. We especially liked how easy it was to get into the property, use the sound system and utilize the BBQ. The lawn right out back was super nice as well. We never ended up using the pool, but it was super handy that it was just next door. We would certainly stay here again. On top of all that, Annette and her husband were very responsive and willing to help. They gave us recommendations for gyms in the area, etc. and helped us manage the neighborhood gate during the dayz The only issue was that the neighborhood gate was a bit difficult to work with, since they need advance notice of guests. We had a few occasions where we were unable to get folks (I.e. Ubers/drivers) through the gate, so would love to have a bit of a better system for that or leave a number so that we can call the gate directly if needed, esp. late at night. Otherwise, we loved the property!

Property is exactly as advertised, perfect. We had two couples and it was fabulous. They were very quick to respond to our needs or questions. The unit was stocked with everything you would need. Would stay again and would recommend to friends. Thank you.

Very well appointed comfortable well stocked gorgeous place.

The host was always available and helpful. Loved the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were great. My only suggestion was to have an umbrella on the patio overlooking the golf course. Too sunny to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning.

Best rental we’ve ever had!

We stayed at Annette’s condo with our brother and sister in law for 2 weeks. The location is on the 12th fairway off of the back patio where we had our morning coffee. The front of the home boasts a delicious grapefruit tree, from which we ate as often as we could get the grapefruits! The front has spectacular Mountain Views. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need! Annette is so organized it makes it so easy to find everything you need. We just refilled as we used things. The condo is very comfortable, each bedroom has a king bed, tv and bath. Fully loaded! The living area was very spacious, and cozy. The condo is one unit away from the pool. So convenient and very private. We cannot say enough about how wonderful Annette’s place is. You just have to try it yourself. We are hoping to return next year.

Great Condo in PGA West!

We loved our week in the desert at this beautiful condo. The location is great and nestled right up against the mountains. We saw Big Horn sheep every day grazing right on the street. It is a spacious two bedroom with a great golf course view from the patio. Annette was very easy to work with and we will definitely be back.

This is a very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Its a tranquil location, overlooking a par 3 tee box on the private Arnold Palmer course. It's obvious that the owner has thought of everything and gone to great lengths to prepare the condo for guests - the kitchen is very well stocked and the guest "instructions" are helpful. The condo is a little dated (lots of mirrors everywhere) but has been decorated in a fun and relaxing way. The owner is also easy to communicate with and check in/out was a breeze. If you are golfing at PGW West, this is a great location. Old La Quinta (shops and restaurants) is pretty close too.

This place is extremely well appointed and decor is awesome.

Better equipped than most rentals we have experienced. Kitchen staples (flour, sugar, herbs, etc.) were all there. Awesome views of the Palmer Course and a great secondary patio area were perfect. TVs is both bedrooms which is a must for us so we were very happy. Great location, great hostess that was available when needed, and just a lovely property! We will be back!

La Quinta PGA West

We truly enjoyed our visit at this wonderful condo on the Palmer course at PGA West . Annette was wonderful and great to work with. The unit has everything you need, great kitchen, living room which looks right on the 12th hole. The unit is very clean and very well furnished. Would recommend this to all. La Quinta and the PGA courses are a fantastic choice. Thank you.

Wonderful spot

We enjoyed two weeks in this lovely condo. The condo is very clean and is nicely decorated and well equipped & stocked with everything you need for your holiday.. It is perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the morning sun on the patio facing the golf course and dinners on the back patio in the evening. Ralph's grocery store, restaurants and a movie theatre are close by. The owner Annette was attentive and pleasant to deal with. Great holiday.

Morning sun and mocking birds.

Annette has put much thought and consideration into her desert home. There is nothing lacking in this spotless and comfortable condo. There were only 2 of us, but there is plenty of room for another couple or one or two children. The pool is literally steps away. Great BBQ & outdoor eating area in the shaded patio off the kitchen. We will definite return.

Wonderful PGA West conde

Everything about this condo was great. Attention to detail well beyond any other condo we have rented. Completely updated. Just steps from the closest pool. East view provides great morning sun. Beautiful mountain view to the west. Owner is a joy to work with. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Our condo is right next door to a large swimming pool which makes it nice to enjoy, plus at night you can enjoy the Jacuzzi. We also have a shaded courtyard patio which is wonderful for nightly dinner parties.
