Located along the road that goes from Taormina town centre and leads to the beach of Isola Bella, Casa Marlena is a newly refurbished (2019) stunning apartment, located in a panoramic position, boasting an exclusive rooftop terrace (40 sq. m) that overlooks the sea and the fantastic scenery of the bay of Isola Bella. The apartment is within walking distance of the beach and of the cable car up to the old town centre. Moreover the villages on the slopes of Mount Etna, the Alcantara gorges, the fishing villages on the Cyclops Riviera, Acireale and Catania are all a short
drive away from the property. Further south are the charming baroque towns of Syracuse and Noto, the village of Marzamemi and the Vendicari nature reserve. Please note that, as the apartment is located near the road, car traffic noise may be heard.

The tower spreads over three levels.

On the entrance level, we find a large open plan living area with kitchenette, chez lounge and dining table with chairs. The French doors of the level open onto a balcony with sea views. On this level, there is a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

On the next floor, the upper floor, we find one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The third (top) floor offer another bathroom with shower and the sun terrace, equipped with a Jacuzzi (heated to 26 Celcius; 1.50 x 1.50m, depth 0.60m), sun lounges and dining furniture for the perfect al-fresco meal.
