Welcome and thank you for interest in “Tiki Time getaway”

We are located within the friendly gated Community of “Oceanside Village“ between Surfside Beach and Garden City SC, with lots of community activities to keep all guest busy during their stay. We are located in the historical section which houses over 1100 module homes with some long term residents as well as those of us that rent our homes out.

Our home is just steps from the outdoor lounge pool, splash pad, upper level pool, kiddy pool and hot tub. We are .5 to the ocean front parking. There is also a heated indoor pool and hot tub located at the community center along with playground, tennis courts, pickle ball, bogo, basketball court.

We welcome you to stay in our beach home for your vacation. We use a Professional cleaning company to come do a basic cleaning/sanitize our home before and after each guest. Guest are left with starter toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner small bottles, paper towels, washing detergent, dish washer detergent, dish detergent, propane for the grills, garbage bags, liquid soap in the bathroom dispensers coffee k cups, filters sugar packs. There are also various cleaning supplies in the utility room and cleaning products for guest to use if needed.

We do NOT offer daily maid service during your stay. We do clean and sanitize before and after your stay.
Our check-in time is at 4 pm to allow time for our cleaners to get everything completed before guest arrive. (Check out is at 10 am). Cleaners arrive shortly after 10 am to start cleaning for our next guest.

LINENS-
We don’t charge for our linens. Guest may use for free.
*(Please let us know if bringing your “own linens,” so we can let our cleaners know ahead of time so they don’t make the beds.

After Booking our home....
we ask for your (mailing address) so we can mail our information and house rules, we need “signed and mailed back to us before your stay”.
We will need your vehicle information to process for your hang tag. We need the make, model, color and tag number of all the behickes being driven to the village. If more than 3 vehicles, please use the overflow parking for your third vehicle.
When arriving for the first time please enter the front gate and they will issue your vehicle pass.

Description of home:

Large DECK AND SCREENED PORCH
-with lounge chairs, umbrella table and chairs. Screened in porch has a whicker love seat and rocker.

KITCHEN...
is fully stocked with all the comforts of home with microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, keurig, two blenders, toasters, crockpot and all kitchen utensils. Also have a Keurig (coffee pods) and coffee pot with (filters, sugar, coffee cups) please bring creamer if you use it. Kitchen is fully stocked but guest must bring their own food.
Please note…we have a bar with bar stools and an outside table for seating. Also trays to use in the living room.. (We don’t have a dinner table or dining room)…The dining room is used as a 3rd bedroom.

LIVING ROOM has a 50 inch Smart tv …access to Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi. (You may use your Roku codes etc for our tv’s)

MASTER BEDROOM has a king bed, 35 inch TV (roku). Also connecting bathroom with smaller shower.

BEDROOM #2 has a queen bed with tv and roku. Washer and dryer (utility room) connected to this room.

BEDROOM #3 is our smaller room and has two single beds, tv with roku and a dresser drawer. This bedroom is located at the front of the home as you walk through the kitchen. This was our dining room but it’s being used as a bedroom, It has a curtain up for a door, for privacy

PETS...
We are a “Dog friendly home” and dogs do stay at our home. Only friendly dogs are allowed to stay and those on flea prevention and up to date on vaccines. Must also be House broken to be allowed to stay. Please clean up after your dogs.
(We welcome a maximum of 2 dogs into our home. Puppies under 2 years old need to be confined when left alone in home. Also we prefer you bring in your own comforter if allowing your dogs on ANY furniture in the home. Any damage will be taken from your deposit or insurance you may have purchased. The cleaners will also charge us more for excessive dog hair found.
Please let owner know what breed you own and how many you are bringing. (Also count your pets on the site when you book, where it ask about pets.
-Guest are responsible for their pets at all times….
-Dogs MUST be on flea prevention and up to date on rabies their shots.
-Sorry...NO cats allowed. We only accept dogs.

AGE REQUIREMENT to “RENT” home...
Home is in a quiet community and renting our home should be for family vacation only.
-NO PARTIES ON PREMISES...no exceptions!
-Guest booking the property must be a minimum of 25 years old.

PARKING...
1 or 2 parking permits may be obtained. (Room for up to 2 vehicles in driveway). Extra vehicles, Trailers, boats, motorcycle carriers, etc, will need to stay in overflow parking area and cannot be parked at the home. (per OSV management).

NO SMOKING, VAPING INSIDE OF HOME!...
- No cigarette butts left in flower pots or on ground outside.
- No vaping, no illegal drugs shall be used or smoked on premises.

SELF CHECK-IN...
We have keyless entry upon arrival. Keys are beside the doors for emergency use if needed, but keys are not needed to lock or unlock doors. So you don’t have to worry about carrying keys.

KEY CARDS FOR BEACH PARKING…
Guest must rent a key card to get into the beach front parking and to use at the other gates around the village. Key cards are at the front office and cost $30 (cash only). After your stay if you return the key card you will receive $10 back.

We want our guest to enjoy their stay and want your families to have lasting memories of their beach vacation. We also want to have you come back every year. We try to keep our home as nice as possible and updated.
