"Just Beachy" 3 bedroom 2 bath beach home

We are very sorry that you were disappointed in your stay at our beach house. If you did stay at this home last year, you are correct, the golf cart was included, but since, I have taken over the property due to my father passing, and it is not included. No where on the listing or in the rental agreement does it say, Golfcart included. So actually you took and drove something without my permission. During your stay at my home, I promptly replied to the few messages that you sent during your stay but not one time did you ever mention anything about a concern with mold or you family being sick because of. If you would have, I would have definitely sent my cleaning team over to take care of it. All I got was a message on the day you left for a threat of a bad review if I did not compensate for a Golfcart that was not included in the rental to begin with, and that there was mold on the slits of the window unit and a spot smaller than my hand on the kitchen ceiling. When you sent me that message after you checked out, I called my cleaning lady and had her go right out. There was no mold on the window unit. Any time you use a window unit, it is pulling in air and it does pull in sand and dust. It was not black mold. The spot on the kitchen ceiling was a stain from a leak that has been there for ever. It has been cleaned with bleach before, but it still is just a stain.
