We emphasize that the entry time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The exit of the apartment is until 11:00 a.m. maximum.



Please note that if your arrival is after the above mentioned time, late check-in involves paying the following supplements in cash on arrival:

From 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., EUR 10; -

From 22:00 to 23:00, EUR 15; -

From 23:00 to 01:00, EUR 20;

It is not possible to check-in after 01:00.



If your arrival is after 01:00 a.m., you must communicate directly with the staff that will receive you to agree on the final amount and arrival time, this to guarantee that someone waits in the apartment since we do not have a 24-hour reception.



The departure is maximum at 11:00.

People to stay must comply with the official bulletin of the community of Madrid Regarding the situation of COVID-19 in order to enjoy the stays



We remind you that smoking is prohibited on the property.



Pets are not allowed.

No parties or events.

The Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015 regulates this activity and requires a series of essential requirements to comply with the law. Registration is mandatory for all travelers over 14 years of age. This will be done by filling in a form called the Entry part, which must conform to the model established in the Annex to Order INT/1922/2003 (in this case, the manual registration or the Chekin app). The data collected in these parts must also be transmitted to the police within 24 hours after Check-in.
