**Summer Breeze reopened on March 15, 2024 after the completion of a massive $2,000,000 renovation project. The complex is practically brand new and looks AMAZING!**

Located in the heart of Destin, in the middle of all the excitement, our condominium is the perfect getaway for couples and small families. Escape to paradise at this quaint, quiet getaway with unobstructed views of the beach. Enjoy off-the-beach prices with the conveniences and views of Gulf-front accommodations!

Our unit has a master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. It features a third floor private balcony with a SPECTACULAR VIEW of the Gulf of Mexico! You will enjoy sipping your morning coffee while gazing at the ocean.

When you’re ready to sink your feet into the sugary sand of the world’s finest beaches, all you have to do is cross the street and you’re there! Stroll across the access road for a relaxing day at the beach. You are only steps away from the sparkling surf.

The complex features a heated swimming pool complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas, a hot tub, and showers for a sand-free retreat. To end a perfect day in the sun, gather the family around the picnic tables and charcoal grills for a cook-out! Or if you don’t feel like cooking, there are several award-winning restaurants within walking distance. This is one the very few condominiums in Destin with character and personality.

Our unit has a king size bed in the main bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and two bunk beds in the hallway. It will comfortably sleep six.

The floors are completely tiled! Flat-Panel TV and wireless internet are all provided.

Summer Breeze is located in the heart of Destin so the entertainment opportunities are overwhelming! Outdoor malls, movie theatres, hundreds of restaurants, arcades and championship golf courses are all just minutes away.

Great view of beach Hot tube quit working for a day. Healed pool was great. Bathroom door between the master bedroom and the bathroom squeaks terribly Need some blinds or shades on the glass door as the sun in the afternoon is blinding and cannot see the TVOne of the kitchen chairs leg is so loose that it’s not safe and we have not even sat in itIcemaker doesn’t work, turned it on, leaks water

Wonderful place to stay

This place was perfect. It was so clean, and right across the street from the beach. It was a 1 minute walk. Parking is perfect, the pool and hot tub were amazing. I highly recommend this condo. The property is well maintained, and great walking distance to shops, coffee and food.

It is in a great location directly across the road from the public beach access. The pool and hot tub were clean. Outside of building looked nice, our specific condo was in rough shape, especially the bathroom. It is not "newly remodeled". The floor is cracked in multiple places, walls are dirty and need repainting. Bathroom has multiple cracks in the walls, sink doesnt drain unless you hold the stopper up. The vanity was missing a nob and unlevel. Very rough shape.

We had a great stay here! The view was beautiful and amazing! It was nice to be able to walk just across the street to the beach! Would highly recommend!

Overall, our stay was good. But there were a few cons: The fridge continuesly leaked water on the floor, ther were little shards of glass in the hallway and in the living room where it appeared that someone broke a glass then attempted to sweep the glass all the way out the door, The floor in the bathroom felt very spoungie like you might fall through when using the restroom, and the chairs on the balcony felted like they needed to be tightened up so that you don't fall backwards in them. But, this place has a major pro which is Location, Location, Location. Miramar Beach is literally just across the street so you don't have to fight for the limited parking. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The Balcony has a very nice view of the Gulf where we were able to view dolphins feeding. The check-in and check-out process was very easy as well.

Great location!

This place was great for our weekend girls trip. It was clean overall but needs some TLC but nothing major that would make me not stay again.

This place was clean which to me is the most important thing! I would stay here again. The only thing I wish is that travelers knew about seagrassum before visiting Destin. That has nothing to do with this hotel though.

Nice location

The host was super nice and accommodating. The check in process was very simple and easy as well as checking out. The condo complex is nice. This Condo is on the 3rd floor so if you don’t like walking up several steps this is not the place for you. The view was spectacular! The condo needs a deep clean and a little updating. Overall this is a nice place and I would stay here again in the future.

Clean, clean, clean!!!

I walk barefoot in the house. I didn't feel one speck of sand on the floors! View was great! Priximity to the beach was perfect! The ONLY thing that I could say that needs to be updated is the bathroom. It was very clean but you can only paint and caulk 1/4 round trim so many times before it looks crappy. The sink trim left a lot to be desired. But this is an easy fix!!

Excellent view and location

Property was great considering location to the beach and on property pool. The property manager was quick to respond to texts concerning minor issues. Only "big" problem we had was every time tried to pre-heat/heat oven, it would start to smoke like the bottom had not been cleaned of the leftover food and grease. However, we were able to work around issue cooking food. Let manager know and she apologized. Would definitely stay here again.

misrepresentation of property listing

on arrival we took shoes off at the front door and after walking through our feet were soiled. A power point was hanging out of the wall near dining table. The ice machine was turned on and it leaked water on the floor and did not make ice. The deadlock on the back door can not be used as the door is warped and does not line up. would I recommend this property no. For what we paid for the pleasure of staying in NO 305 I believe it was a complete rip off.

Wonderful Place!

This was my first time staying in this area and the first time my boyfriend had even been to the gulf. The condo was lovely and the view was fabulous even across from the street. I loved that the bed was king sized and it was very comfortable. Hot water was always plentiful which was really nice. The sofa was also extremely comfortable and I found myself napping some since the weather wasn’t great. There were plenty of towels and amenities as listed. The kitchen was very nice and had all sorts of utensils, cookware, plates, cups, etc. Also very nice that they had beach chairs, an umbrella, body board, float and other items for the beach! Check-in was a breeze. The AC worked flawlessly. We were close to lots of stuff, but it still was a very peaceful area which I loved. Pool and hot tub were nice as well as outside grills which we used. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for the two of us. Hope to get to stay here again one day!

Disappointing Stay

We visited for a birthday trip. While we understand some things are out of the owner's control there are many things that were. This is our rental experience. Despite a large cleaning fee, arrived to a filthy condo. There were food drippings on the stove, tub had hair, beds had sand/other in them, etc. There was an excessive amount of sand. When we reported this issue we were met with condescending comments like "You are at the beach, sand is expected". We have visited the beach dozens of times, never have we seen a unit with this much sand. We had to purchase cleaning materials and clean the unit ourselves. When we reported this issue, we received another rude response. We spent a lot of time in the unit as we are still practicing social distancing, only leaving to visit the beach across the street. We were told someone came by the unit to clean but no one came to our room. Besides we already had cleaned the unit ourselves. The condition of the unit was in abysmal shape. The bathroom door would not lock. The balcony was cracked, coming off the building, the railing was loose & severely slanted. When we asked about this we were told the building was "structurally sound" but it was dangerous. While other unit's windows were clear the previous mildew window comments ring true. We spent $5 on laundry machines that didn't work properly. Secondly, was noise. We were kept awake by other guest until 3:00am with extremely loud music, screaming, & kids shooting sling shots at the windows. They had 10 people in a 4 person hot tub. To this, we were told to "call the police", which our neighbors already did to no avail. Thirdly, is the parking. We had to park along the fence far from our room. Be prepared to walk across the property and up three flights of stairs to get to your unit. The peace disturbers previously mentioned had several cars parked that did not have parking passes. We were told only 1 car did not have a pass but we counted much more. There was no manager on property that we could locate. We are unsure if the property is managed at all because there was a lot of dead landscaping and building damage such as bricks/planks in the walkways. Pros: The check in process was easy/contact-less Convenient location Cons: The unit was not cleaned There was sand/ hair in the beds The noise Not enough parking Customer care is abysmal Obstructed view Poor structural safety Laundry machines do not work

Perfect location!

This was our first time in Miramar/Destin area. We loved the location and the view of the ocean from our balcony. It was awesome to be able to walk across the street to the beach or Pompano Joes. Communication with the owner and property manager was awesome! And there were beach toys, chairs, boogie boards etc for us to use. That was a huge bonus as we had forgotten one of our boogie boards and beach toys, so we ended up not having to spend money on those things. We have 3 kids, 8, 7, and 5, and have stayed in a similarly laid out condo before with a main bedroom and bunks in the hallway. This time it just felt a little too crowded for us. So, nothing against the unit, just an FYI for families our size with older kids. It was a great trip and this location is absolutely perfect!

Good for couple

Condo had great location and great value! View was nice on the 3rd floor, just make sure you can handle stairs, it was no problem for us. The pool was never crowded. Only suggestion is new sofa and full length mirror! Bed was comfortable!

Great stay

Property was so close to beach - only had to walk across the street and we were there!! Convent to beach bathroom- hose off stand and was able to use ramp access instead of stairs to get to beach. Able to look out balcony and see the ocean. Nice neat clean condo. Communication with owners easy - responses were immediate-
