Overlooking the beautiful bay of Banderas and the famous playa Los Muertos.

Located in a safe area of the Zona Romantica, this boutique style building is brand new and a work of art in itself. With only 21 units, personal space and privacy are welcome when using all amenities.

The building amenities include a breathtaking rooftop Infinity pool with jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, a dining / lounge area with flat screen TV, WiFi, iPod docking station allowing you to listen to your own music when sunbathing or cooking, sun & shade area with beautiful comfortable beds, showers & bathroom. There is a private gym, elevator which is wheelchair accessible on all levels. Intercom access system. We also have free visitor parking space.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the open concept spacious dinning / living room or right from your private balcony dress with 10 feet palm trees an un-obstructed view of the Pacific Ocean. Located on the second of six floors the condo is 94 m2 or 1012 sq feet, it has been decorated with high end custom furnishings throughout and beautiful touches that will make you feel right at home.

The bedroom as a king size bed with an en suite bathroom, private balcony, a 32 inches flat screen TV, a keyless safety deposit box.

The dinning room seats 4 people comfortably while the kitchen as granite, high end stainless steel built in appliances ( French doors refrigerator, dishwasher, gas built in stove, microwave oven, wall oven, in sink waist disposal system, washer & dryer ), and fully equipped to cook a gourmet meal.

The living room as a premium queen size sofa bed, a 47 inches flat screen smart TV.

Area: Few steps from the beach, walking distance to great world class restaurant, clubs, bars, old town, the famous El Malecon and the new Pier.

From the very beginning the host was very responsive. The view is perfect and the location of the building is great because you can access the beach easily but also the main highway, which makes it easy to get around. We did not want to leave!The pool was just re-done and it looks brand new. The pool area on the roof is somewhere you will want to spend an entire day, and the sunsets from there are worth a million dollars!

Everything about the stay here was amazing. David, the property manager was very helpful and friendly. The condo was spotless clean, had every amenity we needed, with a beautiful ocean view. Will definitely look into booking again.

Great place to stay!

This is a great condo with everything you would need . Pictures are entirely accurate - beautiful view of the water and awesome rooftop pool and deck. Property management team very attentive - we had a mix up at check in as I didn't realize they would contact me on WhatsApp but very quickly resolved. Nearby hotel has rooftop deck going at night, but bedroom is at back of this unit and completely quiet. It has it all - great place to stay!

Great stay

Another great stay at amapas 353 the host was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed. Of course I left my passport and they promised to have it sent to me and even offered to bring it to the airport. I would recommend to book here if you would like a space of your own while being close to everything in the zona romantica. This unit has a brand new washer and dryer and is very clean.

Best Location Ever

We have been going to PV for 10+ years. 8 have been in this building. It is well maintained and close to everything. Management has been great. We are rebooked for March 2025. I almost hate to tell people about it because that makes it harder for me to rent!

What a great place and location to unwind!

The apartment is beautiful, well maintained, clean, well appointed, and so comfortable. The view is amazing from both the apartment and the rooftop pool/jacuzzi area. The check in/check out process was so simple and the property management company was very attentive and helpful. I really can't say enough good things about this listing. I will definitely be back here in the future!

The Condo was beautiful and in a safe, convenient, area close to the beach and restaurants. Clean and was stocked with everything we needed.The property management company was slow, untruthful, and unresponsive. We were not sent complete check-in instructions until one day previous to check in. Not long enough to realize I had a message in the VRBO mailbox. Then said they had been trying to reach me for days. We were left stranded outside the property with our phone calls unanswered. A neighbor let us in and let us stay at his apartment, he fortunately had the owners phone number. We also called for a few small things an additional key, toaster, plunger, our phone call went unanswered. The condo was terrific, the property management company not so much.

Fantastic host, beautiful condo and the bed is heavenly

Denis is an amazing and most responsive host. Attention to detail runs through this place. The bed is heavenly and the condo is stocked perfectly. The common area and pool is picture perfect. The view is good but obstructed with a construction project across the street.

Relaxed in Puerta Vallarta Beauty

The condo is beautifully decorated and the unit and complex is very well maintained. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully functional with everything you might need.( For us, a blender was the ticket) Nothing like drinking a margarita and an outstanding ocean view. There are terrific restaurants within two to three blocks away. The owner provides great pool towels that were high quality, nice and big for the lounge chairs up on the pool deck. The pool area is amazing and very relaxing. We watched dolphins and whales from the pool. The walk into town is a downhill slope on cobblestone streets. Expect to walk up the hill for good exercise when returning. We loved the location, close to all the action and the beautiful culture of Puerto Vallarta. You check in with the administrator who is a building over from this complex. Make sure you have your taxi driver stay put while you are checking in. We learned the hard way and carried luggage upstairs to the road. Denis is wonderful to work with and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We would highly recommend this condo for your enjoyment.

Great place problems with their hot water and other maintenance issues

Amazing condo beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. I had five or six maintenance issues that I reported after the first night. Hot water for the shower was number one usually turned out to be at best lukewarm after 5 or 6 minutes Both the owner and the manager said the problem must be me but I know better. Both the owner and manager seem to think I didn't know how to operate the hot water for the shower but there were two adults and it wasn't our first experience taking showers. Anyway I won't dwell. They require share one TV remote in both the bedroom and the living room. One of two toasters did not work I was told I didn't know how to operate a toaster. I reported the Jets in the Rooftop hot tub didn't operate that was never checked I did confirm with a long time resident named Ralph that they probably had the Jets turned off. Anyway there were a few other minor issues but the hot water is a deal breaker for me. Especially when the owner claim he was just recently visit the property and I had to be wrong about the hot water in the shower.

Exceeded expectations

When booking this property I had a lot of hesitation as I knew the building had just been finished this year and I did not want to be in a construction zone or have amenities not working because the kinks had not been ironed out. The owner was very good at answering all my questions and assured me that the suite would meet my expectations. I am so happy we took the leap of faith and booked in. WOW it was amazing. It was clean (important for me), private and the roof top pool was breathtaking. We hardly saw anyone so in a way it felt like our own private retreat. The checking in process went smoothly especially since our flight was delayed due to mechanical issue on the aircraft. I was extremely worried no one would be there at 2:00am to let us in but thankfully as per the owners instructions the property manager was waiting. The location can't be beat as there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and on the occasional night we had tapas and margaritas in the suite. The owner recommended several restaurants including Hacienda san Angel where we celebrated my birthday. This is the place to be if you want a getaway with all the modern amenities yet still feel like you are in Mexico living like a local. Everything is walking distance or a short taxi ride away. There was a gym although we did not use it. The beach was close by so we usually spent the afternoons at the beach ca,e back to the condo made some margaritas and lounged by the pool to watch the gorgeous sunset. The owner was extremely helpful, answered my questions and made helpful recommendations.

Fantastic find in Romantic Zone

This place is amazing, with a very clean and spacious apartment and infinity edge rooftop pool. The only negative is there is some construction right now on a building across the street, so it is noisy during the day until that is complete.

The apartment was everything a person could want for a puerto Vallarta stay. It was perfectly located in exactly the neighborhood wished for for access to the beach and walking distance to everything puerto Vallarta was chosen for. It felt like a luxury condo at a four seasons and the roof top infinity pool overlooking the ocean was absolutely the icing on the cake. The rental was wonderfully equipped for anything needed and I would rent it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Peaceful Rest & Relaxation

Zen. Peaceful. Magnificent views of the sunsets. Comfort with luxury. Gastronomy. Safe. Quiet. Beautiful surroundings. Minutes to the beach. Fabulous rooftop pool. Functional. Everything at your fingertips. This is what I discovered after having the pleasure of renting this condo. Did I mention Margaritas? This condo is perfectly situated should one wish to have a quiet get-away, should one wish to do some day trips to visit different attractions, should one wish to walk along the beach into town to shop or simply should one wish to have cocktails watching the sunset. Both the owner and the property manager are very customer orientated, are available and go out the their way to make sure one is comfortable and content. I hope to make a visit to this property again, again and again. If this condo is available when you are reading this review...grab it!!!!! You will have no regrets.

Fantastic relaxing vacation in this beautiful condo!

We stayed for a bit over 2 weeks in Denis unit. This condo is well located, beautifully decorated, very clean and appointed with all the amenities you can need and more! The pictures are totally accurate. The rooftop pool is simply amazing and the beach is only a minute away. Watching the sunset every night while sipping a margarita on the balcony was such a treat. The building is situated in a quiet part of La Zona Romantica yet only a few minutes by foot to restaurants, shopping, convenient stores and nightlife. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings are all high quality. Denis takes good care of his unit and it shows! He is also very attentive to his guests needs and it was very easy to deal with him. Picking up the keys on our arrival was a breeze. We will certainly be back!

Lovely Condo and Great Location

This was our first experience at this condo and in PV. The unit has beautiful finishes, private laundry, terrific view, and easy access to the beach. Just a walk of several blocks and you are right in town with a great selection of restaurants and shopping options. (Take good walking shoes for the cobble stone streets!) The layout of the condo is a big plus, with the living area rather separated from the bedroom which was great for us. The owner, Denis, was very easy to work with, super responsive to any questions when arranging our reservation and also during our stay. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax, gather with friends, or just enjoy awesome sunsets. Now go have fun!

This condo is fantastic! We just can't get enough of it. We booked it the last two years and we are going back next winter. The owners do take extra care of their renters and do take extra care of their property. It make a huge difference. The location is unbeatable and the building is also on top shape.,the rooftop pool is to die for. Style, Comfort, & Location - Total stress relief

An exceptional rental experience; from our first contact, to pre-trip arrangements, and throughout our stay. The owner took great care to assure that we would feel welcome and worry-free during our New Year's getaway. He even sent us a welcome-home message after our stay. We simply couldn't be more pleased. The helpful and spirited property manager was also great. The condo felt just right when we walked in on day one. It was tastefully decorated and spotless--even the clean, fresh scent is a lingering memory. The space was ideal. We loved opening the wide balcony door to take in the ocean breeze and views while enjoying our morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking a few meals and keeping fresh snacks handy. All of the amenities were top notch. The location of the condo was excellent; just above Los Muertos beach and an easy walk to all of the Romantic Zone restaurants and sights. We also enjoyed walking south to the more serene Conchas Chinas beach. It was fantastic to be so near everything we wanted to do, yet feel cozy and secure just outside of the busy areas.

Perfect location, beautiful condo...

What a location in the heart of the Romantic Zone! Close enough to walk everywhere, yet on a block where you feel removed from it all. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and very well-appointed ā€“ almost too nice for a rental!! Although the best restaurants are so close by, should you wish to stay in and cook, everything youā€™d need is there. The roof top pool is really spectacular, offering expansive views from mountains to ocean. And, the condoā€™s owner, Denis, was super easy to work with: generous with information, sharing his favorite restaurants and tips, and always responsive to our emails and questions. If you are looking for the ideal spot in the Romantic Zone, look no further ā€“ this is it!
