Welcome to your luxury art-filled unit in the sky, overlooking the beautiful Banderas Bay and Lazaro Cardenas Park! This new building and unit (6th floor) takes our breath away every time we walk in.

Nayri Life & Spa is located on Basilio Badillo between Cafe de Olla and Fajita Republic in Old Town, construction finished in 2018. No hills to climb and 1 block to the beach!

The unit is 1 bed/1.5 bath, non-smoking king, with fully stocked kitchen, laundry, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and wrap-around balcony that allow 2 sides of the living room windows to open all the way up - great breezes all day. Ocean and jungle views from this incredible view point looking towards the bay and park (town square). Remote control blinds, laptop safe, double A/C units, WiFi, 2 Smart TVs with 36 live US channels, Netflix/Amazon capable, full laundry, bidets, and filtered drinking water/ice. 10 day+ rentals include weekly cleaning,

All furnishings were custom built for this space, with imported fabrics and lighting, providing a luxury experience in the charming Old Mexico Zona Romantica district. New linens throughout as of 2025.

Rooftop infinity pools, enjoy a more private version of Vallarta without sacrificing location and an insane view. All afternoon, with your windows completely opened, you will hear guitar music, singers, and can watch spontaneous firework shows over the water! It's hard to leave, there is always something to see from this great viewpoint.

Don't forget to make use of the two pools, gym, sauna, steam room, massage rooms (for hire), reflecting pool and yoga space. 24 hour on staff-security stationed at all entrances. This place is incredible - we love it and hope you will too. Please see our reviews!

The smart home feature motion detectors control the A/C and has time and temperature limits set by owner. It went off during the night which was resolved but then the bedroom was every 30 minutes if motion was not detected. If gone from apartment both units would shut off. Eventually the program was changed to run without turning off.

Beautiful place!

Great Holiday Stay

Condo is in a great location with wonderful views. Appreciated how well the kitchen was setup. It was nice to have a few basics so you didn't have to buy everything. Would absolutely stay at this location again.

Great stay in PV!

My husband and I enjoyed tremendously a relaxing stay in PV for our anniversary. The highlight of our trip was related all to staying where we had. The location was perfect (not to mention the views) and within walking distance to the BEST restaurants in PV, the beach/Malecon/boardwalk, catching the public bus or grabbing an Uber ride. The hosts provided great details and recommendations on things to do and places to eat which made planning of our trip memorable. They let us know prior there would be construction of one of the pools. We appreciated the communication. We felt safe there and the staff in the lobby were fantastic/attentive. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us! We are already talking about a return trip during whale season.

2nd Stay Soon to Book 3rd

This was our 29th vacation in Vallarta. We are both in our late sixties which make this condo a perfect choice. Its location is perfect, everything is close by, the clubs (yes we still go out) great restaurants, the beach, and shops & ATM. This unit is a gem, the wrap round deck becomes an extension of the living room, you will feel you are part of the action the moment you slide open the wall - yes, the wall fully opens! Book 10 days or more as you won’t want to come home.

Our 24th PV Trip - This condo is one of the best.

Location, Location, Location ... At the center of Zona Romantica, everything is walkable: the best food, clubs, boutique shops, and art. A day at the beach is just a block away. If you like nightlife, this location is for you, but after the clubs, a day of relaxation on the rooftop will be welcome; enjoy the view, heated pools, and gym. Before this 24th trip to Vallarta ended, we had already re-booked.

Perfect location, great hosts

We loved how central Casa Fresa is, and that we were able to walk to so many restaurants and bars. Being in the heart of the Romantic Zone, we were afraid it would be really loud at night (which we experienced at a different rental last year) but it wasn't. The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable and Jaysson and Roberto were very communicative!

Great property!

We picked this up last minute, due to another host cancellation, and we had a great time. We were able to walk everywhere, but otherwise we enjoyed the rooftop pool and patio. We would definitely stay at this properly again.

First Time Nayri Visitor

First time to stay at the Nayri (have seen it over the rooftop pool wall from Pacifica Residences next door). Loved the location, the rooftop pool and hot tub. Unit 501 was amazing, and even better in person than the pictures. The local property manager was very responsive whenever issues arose. Property security was perfect.

Casa Fresa at Nayri Spa

View was spectacular. Loved staying in the heart of Zona Romantica. Unit was well equipped and modern. Air conditioner shuts off without any motion in the unit so had to get up in the night and turn it on. We would come back in a heart beat

Great Value & Location

Excellent unit. Comfortable bed, great terrace, and love the corner unit with doors that open for the full benefit of the breeze. Jaysson is an excellent host - responsive and will work with you. Building staff are superb. Just a great experience in the middle fo it all. 5/5

Perfect spot in the Romantic Zone

If you want to be in the heart of the Romantic Zone this is the place. You can walk everywhere, the view from the balcony is great, there are great restaurants nearby, security and staff at Nayri are great. The rooftop pool, excercise room was used daily. Jorge, our property manager and owner were easy to work with when we had an issue with the door lock. We look forward to coming back to Nayri condos.

My favorite place to stay in the La Zona Romantica!

I should say how much of a dump this place is so that nobody stays here and it’ll be mine, mine, all mine, but actually it doesn’t get any better than this. Super comfy and stylish! I love the wraparound balcony and floor to ceiling windows that you can slide open to feel like there are no walls. Love the view of the primary school, plaza, and ocean! The rooftop infinity pools (one a warm tub) with amazing views. The lounges and day beds are super comfy as well. Lastly the staff and security guards are the most attentive and welcoming around! Love this place!!!

Beyond Expectations

My wife and I stayed at Casa Fresa for 7 days in April 2019. It is an amazing condo that has every possible amenity required to make for a perfect vacation. This condo is without a doubt in the best location in PV. and we would not want to be anywhere else. Anyone looking to have a vacation of a lifetime should stay at Casa Fresa. Jaysson was excellent, any questions or issues we had were immediately delt with ensuring a total worry free vacation. Can’t wait to get back to PV and especially Casa Fresa. Truly Magical Condo in Puerto Vallarta

Certainly one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had and the Nayri #501 condo was a large part of that. The building is beautiful, safe and secure with wonderful staff. The condo itself is remarkable with amazing views and completely opening two sides of it with the sliding glass doors adds to the tropical ambience. The rooftop pools and lounge area are incredible and we found it so very relaxing to just float and look out on the bay, the waterfront, and this amazing city. The Zona Romantica location one block off the south end of the Malecon is perfect, especially if you love walking in a vibrant and energized area. It was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and we truly couldn't have chosen a better place to stay!

Perfection

This was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta. We picked the perfect place to stay in Zona Romantica. The owners were so helpful with suggestions and always responsive. We had everything we needed. We walked everywhere and never needed a car. The beach and amazing restaurants/bars were just steps away. Have I mentioned the views from the unit and the roof??? Wow. The building, amenities and decor are top notch. We can't wait to go back.

The condo was amazing!!! Great view, relaxing environment, safe building, INCREDIBLE roof top pool area, soft towels, and I loved the ability to do my laundry and make a few meals. Overall - fantastic! The only downside, was the noise. It's not exactly a 'quiet' location. That said - you get used to it and it is nice to hear the music and going's on below you. I really felt pampered here and would definitely come back!!! Thanks to the owners for providing a little slice of PV paradise!

Holiday/working remote

Perfect condo and location! I have been visiting PV annually for past 10 years and the goal is always to find a really nice place close to the beach in the romantic zone...well, this is it! I initially booked two weeks, but upon arriving and confirming the wi-fi could handle video calls, I booked another week - I was sold! The photos don't do it justice and the staff is both attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this condo and i enjoyed it so much, I am already searching for dates to return. If you book, make sure you catch the sunset from one of the infinity pools on the roof, its a must.

We have been travelling to Puerto Vallarta since 1999. This location is a few feet from restaurants, the beach, lively entertainment, and a short walk to many bars/clubs. This building has everything we have ever dreamed of - and two walls of the living room slide away to turn this whole property into breezy outdoor living. So much of Mexico is enjoying the natural beauty which this home allowed us to do; We pinch ourselves on each visit, and you will too.

With one touch of a button - 10 massive window shades will glide up to reveal an amazing view of the beautiful Banderas Bay. Interestingly, the condo walls do not have any common neighbors and no other units look into your space with the shades up - it's quite private without any hiking!
